This is marketed as a cream-to-powder blush and it indeed feels in my fingers like a cream, but when applied, it looks like a powder and does not feel sticky or wet to the touch. Although it looks like a powder, it does not look dry, and it does not emphasize my pores. It lasts a long time on my cheeks (I have oily skin, but my cheeks are more on the dry side) and it can be very easily blended.
As for the colour, it is a brown colour with a peachy undertone on my cheeks with no gliiter.
