I hate spending ridiculous amounts of money on make-up when I can achieve the same effect with an affordable product.

This blusher is perfect. I am a pale whale and used the shade ‘Natural Beauty’ which wasn’t too pink nor coral.
The pigment is good, it applies smoothly to the skin and doesn’t cake/flake. A pot lasted about 8 months, with daily use, if not longer.

My only downfall with Essence products is the packaging. The hinge which keeps the lid on always breaks and I’m left with an exposed pot which usually messes up my entire make-up bag. Rather annoying. Hence why I’m switching to a new blusher. I can’t handle blusher everywhere, everything’s pink.

Like all Essence blush products this is highly pigmented and smooth, applies beautifully and is super affordable. Small, acrylic packaging, travel friendly too. The texture reminds me of their “Silky Touch Blush” which I haven’t seen in store in quite awhile. The shade “Berry Connection” is a trio of pale pink, peachy pink, and fuschia that blend together and give a strong berry pink punch to the skin. Go easy, this isn’t for the faint of heart which is why you could easily see this on all skin tones from the fairest of the fair to the richest of the deep. Essence just keeps knocking it out of the park with their products.
