I am surprised to see that I have not written a review for what is the best shade of blush that I have used to date and others concur. I am light-complexioned, but not fair, I used to have a great amount of yellow in my skin and at age(66) it seems to have normalized that. I have just moments ago swatched this on a piece of white paper so I could give an accurate description.
Here goes: this has what appears to be an ever so slight brown-based rose, but is warmed up with more than a hint of peach. Because this color is so sophisticated that even I(long-time commercial makeup artist)and lover of makeup since the dark ages does fit easily into the typical blush categories, which is a hallmark of Joues Contraste in general.
Thankfully this is part of Chanel’s permanent blush assortment, but that did stop from buying two? Nope

This is a Holy Grail blush for me – it is GORGEOUS!! A warm peachy pink that looks amazing on my NC20 skin – just makes you glow. Highly recommend!!

Thanks to a helpful friend whom got this baby from Vegas for me. Colour not available in Asia and been lusting after this for the longest time.
Totally worth the lust!!! Pressed formula, not the usual baked version in Asia. Colour is highly pigmented and very natural.
