I had to have this because (1) it’s NARS, (2) its NARS blush, and (3) its Guy Bourdin limited edition (which is one of my fave LE collections). Like others have said, this is a great every day shade. I find it highly pigmented when it goes on my light skin, but it blends easy and lasts throughout the day. It has some sheen to it, but it’s not at all sparkly. Although, it doesn’t do justice as glam blush. It really is quite casual on the face. If you want glam from the Guy Bourdin collection, pick up Coeur Battant. Overall, I like this blush and it definitely out performs Orgasm.

True to NARS’ reputation for producing creamy-smooth powder blushes, “Day Dream” is a gorgeous coral-pink with a satin sheen. Despite being coral-based, it is quite neutral, being neither warm nor cool. I would say that this is “Orgasm” without the glitter.
This blush has excellent longevity. On my skin, it lasts all day at over 16 hours, until I washed it off.
It does have very, very, VERY tiny (almost invisible!) micro sparkles, but those are few and far in between, and can’t be seen on the skin. They are there to give more of a satin-y finish, as shown in a swatch I’ve uploaded.

This is the nars blush I have been waiting for. They have already prove themselves to me with the packaging and formula I was just waiting for a easy safe colour to wear everyday that did make me look too made up just to give me a glow and to not make me look flat from all my foundation. This is a beautiful coral pink that is pretty much orgasm without the sparkle and more pink. It works for me and I can image it would look good on other skin tones as long as it shows up! Thumbs up

If Deep Throat was too subtle or sheer for you, Day Dream is your answer. It is still a “safe” color for my NARS Fiji/NC25 skin. I agree with the other user that this is a pretty basic color … nothing too special. Just a matte, medium peachy pink. It isn’t a color I reach for often, but I am glad that I have it in my NARSenal 😉

I don’t know why, but I had to have Day Dream. When it came out, I didn’t have anything like it in my blush stash (NARS Gaiety, Luster, Zen), but in the past I’ve owned Orgasm, Deep Throat, Amour, Torrid, Oasis, etc. but swapped them all away.
Day Dream is more pigmented than I expected and is a good everyday blush that goes with everything. It isn’t a must-have by any means, but is a basic peachy pink that isn’t too chalky/matte and is free from shimmer. If you don’t already own something similar I would recommend picking this up, but there’s really nothing special about this blush. I keep hemming and hawing about whether I should return/swap this away.
