Amazing for the price point ($6); I was looking for this in stores for months before finding online. Nice sturdy black compact, huge pans.
Though I’m fair, I like bright cream blushes (faves being Stila CC Poppy and Tulip), so I got the Bold one.
Colors: Bright coral; bright warmish pink; a merlot/burgundy shade; and a purple-berry shade. The only one that might be questionable is the coral, as I’m slightly cool and these can easily pull orange on me. Though blended out, it has more of a pinky cast; in fact, there’s not a huge difference between that one and the pink. And of course it’s much easier/more effective to mix creams than powders, so you could play mad scientist with these.
Being used to Stila CC’s, I tried my usual method, three dots on the cheekbone and immediately blend with RT expert brush. This formula is pigmented, but not nearly as dense as the Stila, so this practically wipes it off. I got better results applying a swipe, allowing it to sit for minute, then gently blending with a beautyblender. I’m glad I figured it out, I really like the two darker shades and would’ve been disappointed to not be able to use them.
I have sensitive skin, no problems thus far. Though I’ve used only a few times, it does seem that wear time is less than for Stila.
