My favorite color is purple; good thing it looks good on me. I’m fair, neutral-cool, and I had been looking for purple blushes. It’s funny, many purple blushes end up looking pink on the face (looking at you, MAC Full of Joy). And those that don’t, they end up looking garish and unnatural; not surprising, I guess, since not many people blush purple.
This one won’t be a color for everyone; not even for most. I would think you’d need to be on the cool side of the spectrum for this to work. And keep the rest of your makeup cool-toned; this isn’t going to pair well with warm eyeshadows. With those provisos, this is a beautiful color, well-pigmented as LORAC blushes tend to be, applies and blends well, lasts well. Between this, LORAC Panorama (pastel lavender), and LORAC Plum Passion (somewhat shimmery, darker tone plummy shade), I think I’ve got the purples covered now.

When I saw this color in Kohls as I walked past the Lorac display, I think my feet left skid marks in the aisle. This hue looks a bit scary, ( it reminds of black raspberry ice cream), but on my light/medium complexion it gives a nice, muted, matte, flush that is more universal than it looks in the pan. There is the option of building this to that full Ultra-violet color as well.
The pigmentation is very good and the powder is soft but not as soft as the Lorac eyeshadows, which is good imo. I find this lasts a decent amount of time, but for the price it should be better.
