I picked this up at a discount store with a highlighter (Starlight) in a set for $10, mostly because it was such a good deal, and the blush shade (Aura) looked like a color I’d been looking for (it was). I’d call it a dusty rose, but don’t get me wrong; this is quite pigmented, you need to build up gradually if you’re fair like me (neutral-cool tones). I’d say this color would work on a large range of skintones, neither cool nor warm. Goes on well, blends, lasts well, looks nice, doesn’t break me out. Note that it looks great with the paired h/l Starlight, but others work as well (notably rose golds; elf Jelly in Cloud, or Maybelline Chrome Rose Gold).

This is the only blush I use, the color is like a rosy mauve on me. I only have to touch the blush, like literally just tap it lightly to get enough color for an entire cheek. I like that it’s matte but not chalky looking. I imagine this is a good universal color. I usually apply a illuminating veil from bare minerals over my face after my blush and the result looks very good. Packaging could be a little cuter, but it’s practical and I have no problems.

These blushes are highly pigmented. They need to be applied carefully with a duo fibre brush and blended a lot. Consequently, this is not a blush I would reach for a lot. The compact is very sleek with a magnetic closure so it looks great for travel, but mine came shattered–hard to tell if it got mishandled in the mail or if this is an indication that it would be fragile for travel. The color Aura looks like a medium rose in the pan but has quite a lot of coral on the cheeks.
