This blush is a much higher quality than the rose blushes by the same brand. In the pan it is a very pretty bright warm pink and is pretty true to that on the cheeks, though more natural. It blends fairly easily and with a very light hand looks like a natural flush on the cheeks. Good pigment and I need to use so little it should last for a very long time.

My skin tone is neutral so I am able to wear either warm or cool shades.
This color looks so bright that I was thinking that there is no way this can look anything but clownish. However, when applied with a very light hand, it gives a natural-looking blush to my cheeks. Kind of like when I’ve been exercising in cold weather. When I say to use a very light hand, I really mean it. This could very easily look clownish and it would work well as stage make-up because it is incredibly pigmented.
I had to take off a lippy because of the frustratingly ridiculous container. It’s a PITA to open. Product will likely last for a long time because you only need to use one gentle tap of your brush for each application.

UPDATE 6.15.2015: It appears that this is a blush color that mimics the barely imperceptible cheek color changes that occur during the most sexually heightened state of one’s menstrual cycle (the estrus phase). Otherwise, I just cannot explain the sudden onslaught of interest from the menfolk, which is occurring outside of the estrus phase of cycle.
Yay, I guess? :/
Also, with this stuff, more is NOT better. In practice, it’s so very, very, VERY pigmented that you can apply the residue of the previous day’s application and still achieve another full application. Holy heck. Still giving this five lippies, even though it’s kind of the nuclear option as far as blushes go.

Bought this after the review that appears just below this one caught my eye (and then reading the rest). The description of it was just too intriguing not to give it a shot, though I have to admit that this is a color that is completely unlike any other blush I’ve used before.
You look at it in the package and wonder how on earth it could possibly look good, let alone look good on skin that’s pretty darn fair (as mine is). This is one of those times where it *really* pays off to check out the reviews. I don’t think I ever would have considered this shade otherwise.
1. The reviews helped me understand what kind of look this might create (Sharnidh’s “just came out of the snow” is a brilliant and accurate description).
2. I learned that this really needs to be applied with an incredibly light touch. Had I applied it the way I usually do, I would have absolutely ended up looking like a clown. Instead, I basically tapped once into the pan, whisked off some of the powder on the top of my hand and only then actually brushed it onto my cheeks.
It’s extremely pigmented, bright and on the reddish-pink side of the spectrum compared to my usual blush (L’Oreal’s Tender Rose). Because it requires a certain amount of care and finesse, I don’t think it’ll work it’s way into my everyday routine; that said, it’s a really fun and lovely color and looks more natural than you would expect it to. Also, so little product is needed that this is probably going to last a lifetime or two.
One minor con (besides the obvious you’ll look bizarre if too much is used) is that this is a hard blush to find in store, even at those that carry the Milani line.
This may be San Francisco-specific, but I had to go to four different Walgreens before I found one that had anything beyond 04 or 05 in the baked blushes (this is 11 in the line — the specific store is the one just outside the 16th Street BART Station).
