An excellent highlighting bronzer for deeper skin, or use as a blush for a nice glow to the cheeks. This has been touted as a dupe for mac’s format. Love it!

If you one day find yourself in your local drugstore at 10.00 pm as I once did, desperate to find something resembling a bronzer because in one hour you’ll be going out with your friends, and you forgot to stock your makeup kit with your go-to bronzer that day, then you might want to re-consider purchasing the ‘2 Bronze Blush Powder’ by Jordana.
It’s pigmented, yes, but not in a good way. It’s patchy when applied with either a contouring or blush brush and leaves errant sparkles awkwardly sitting on your skin.
For a once-off, it’s ‘kind-of okay’ if you haven’t got any other options and you can’t afford to go without a contour, otherwise avoid this product at all costs.
Often with Jordana it’s hit-or-miss (though the nail polishes are exquisite); this product is a big miss.
On the other hand, if you’re desperately in need of a highly pigmented base colour in the redder region for SFX makeup, this product does the job.
I have only used it when I’ve been messing around with liquid latex, but it does a great job as a base colour for fake blood, skin irritation, and exposed tissue. The problem is the sparkles- I absolutely would never use this on a client, but if you’re messing around on yourself and wouldn’t like to waste any of your usual product, then it’d be safe to give this a go.
If you’re starting out with SFX makeup, consider using this product as a starting point to build your skills.
