i just purchased this a week ago and also have used it two times ever since, and i do not hate it, however i possibly wouldn’t redeemed. i like the shade and also the formula is alright, however it’s a little streaky as well as i actually do not such as the dimension of the tip. i have patchy brows as well as i use a pencil color that’s lighter than my eyebrow hairs so uniformity is necessary for me, and also because my eyebrows are so uneven especially in the direction of the tails i actually do not such as utilizing something so blunt to make use of brand-new ones. it’s not a total headache to utilize and it’s still somewhat easier to utilize than the powder eyeshadows i’m presently making use of to complete my brows, yet i’m considering returning it.
if you have fuller eyebrows and just require to fill in the strange area occasionally, or if your eyebrows are constantly thick/wide from head to tail, you ‘d probably like this a whole lot greater than i do.

I LOVE these eyebrow pencils and have them almost everywhere- handbag, desk, automobile … excellent rate, they remain on, & a best neutral brownish- some pharmacy brow products seem to have red touches but this is really neutral.

I’m stunned, surprised at how low-cost this is taking into consideration the top quality is so excellent! I enjoy the product packaging also, and the spoolie brush it includes. The product is a roll up pencil that is pigmented. I got it in natural brown to make use of on the tail of my brows where I desire it to be darker. Before I attempted this I was using Benefit now that I have actually located a less expensive choice I am utilizing this instead. At two bucks, just how could you shed? Any person who has been attempting expensive eyebrow pencils should try this out.

i just purchased this a week ago and have used it twice since then, and i don’t hate it, but i probably wouldn’t repurchase. i like the color and the formula is okay, but it’s a little streaky and i really don’t like the size of the tip. i have patchy eyebrows and i use a pencil color that’s lighter than my brow hairs so consistency is important for me, and because my brows are so patchy especially towards the tails i really don’t like using something so blunt to draw on new ones. it’s not a total nightmare to use and it’s still somewhat more convenient to use than the powder eyeshadows i’m currently using to fill in my brows, but i’m considering returning it.
if you have fuller brows and just need to fill in the odd spot here and there, or if your brows are consistently thick/wide from head to tail, you’d probably like this a lot more than i do.

I LOVE these brow pencils and have them everywhere- purse, desk, car … great price, they stay on, & a perfect neutral brown- some drugstore brow products seem to have red undertones but this is truly neutral.

I’m shocked, shocked at how cheap this is considering the quality is so good! I love the packaging as well, and the spoolie brush it comes with. The product is a roll up pencil that is pigmented. I bought it in natural brown to use on the tail of my brows where I want it to be darker. Before I tried this I was using Benefit but now that I have found a cheaper alternative I am using this instead. At two bucks, how could you lose? Anyone who has been trying expensive brow pencils should try this out.

Packaging feels cheap and it draws a very thick line that smears. I was not impressed and threw it away.

This brow pencil in the shade taupe is perfect for me; it has no red or warmth to it..just a perfect taupe brown. It’s creamy and goes on so easily.
I just use it to fill in some thinner spots in my brows…I’m not trying to create a perfectly shaped brow.
The point wears down so it’s not as fine-tipped as it is when it’s first opened, but I don’t mind that because I don’t need precise lines.
The best part is that it’s only $2.
Yes, I will definitely buy it again.

This review is for Deep Brown. I have dark brown, sparse brows. Of course, for $3 I wanted to fall in love with this, but unfortunately there’s no chemistry between us. This might be good for filling in a bit if you already have fuller brows, or like a heavy drawn on looks, but it’s no good for me since I need to “create” my brows and want a more natural look. Will not repurchase.
Pros- — Unbelievably inexpensive
— Easy to apply. Product is on the soft/creamy side, and color transfers very easily.
— Somewhat smudge-proof
Cons- –Once applied, the deep brown looks more like black on my brows. Even the stripe on the pen packaging looks black.
— Pointy tip gets round after a use or two and no longer works for making precise lines.
— Cannot mimick the look of real hairs with this tip. I have used the lightest amount of pressure possible when using this, and even so, after I spoolie once or twice it all blends together (while at the same time lifting in some spots) and I end up looking like I’ve colored my brows with crayon. Black crayon.

$2? I had to ask the salesperson at ELF this question several times until I believed it. Let’s compare this with the high end expensive brands like Anathesia. Well, in my opinion, this is much softer and better product. The wand is soft and doesn’t scratch the skin either. The product stays on until washed. Even for products from L’Oreal and Revlon, you have to pay 3 to 4 times as much. Nothing to lose here. I have to say that some may prefer a sharper tip to create hair like strokes but for me the combination of the creamy pen and the soft wand do a better job of creating believable full eyebrows. Bravo, ELF!

For those that would much rather pay $2 than $20. I have fairly light brows, and the taupe is perfect. Very natural looking, zero complaints.

It’s not a bad product for a DS brand, better than most, but the consistency is dry and the color payoff is weak. My eyebrows are not terribly thick and such a neutral shade of dark blonde that without adding color and volume I’m “no eyes.” I found I really had to press to apply the pencil end. Thank God for the spoolie, to blend it in, but I thought the pigmentation was inadequate and too light for the shade “Taupe.” I’m glad I tried it, but I’m back to my HG Anastasia products.

Of all the brow pencils I have tried, I think this one is my absolute favorite. For $2 it is definitely more bang for your buck and I hope the brand continues this price point! I got my mom into using it also and she’s obsessed. This pencil is not too waxy or dry, not too soft or hard, pigmented yet able to build in depth–it really is the perfect balance of both in a brow pencil like other reviewers have said!
