I prefer ABH Dipbrow pomade as my brow product of choice but sometimes do reach for a pencil rather and also this is a good one. Unsure of how the shades would certainly look I bought this in both Soft Brown and Rich Brown. Soft Brown (neutral in tone) is much more my liking as it often tends to soften the look of my brows whereas Rich Brown (cooler undertone) would certainly be perfect for those with exceptionally dark hair, also black hair would certainly do well using this color. The formula of the pencil is rather stiff however does not drag out the skin if you recognize what I suggest, that makes this suitable for sitting tight all day long. It’s nice that CoverGirl is a cruelty-free alternative at the pharmacy.

The only factor I am offering this 2 lippys is because the shade is excellent as well as the great pointer for application. Apart from that, this is terrible. The pastel leaves little balls and also littles pastel as you use. Did I get an old one, a bad one? We will certainly never know, I will certainly never ever rebuy. Oh did I say this is really costly? You obtain little product and also it goes out really quickly. Covergirl, you can do much better than this.

I have this eyebrow lining in “soft blonde.” Quality and color-wise, it’s a terrific substitute for my old HG Physicians Solution Brow Definer in blonde-beige, which was ceased.
My hair is light brown/dark blonde, as well as this shade is wonderful suit to softly fill in my brows without being too dark or two light that it doesn’t also turn up. It’s tough to find an equilibrium with the lighter tones of brow pencils, yet this fits the costs, and also fortunately is likewise neutral-toned, so it does not appear red or excessively warm either. The surface is natural-looking and also refined, however I can still most definitely tell the difference (contrasted to “nude” eyebrows).
The “pencil” is a twist-up crayon which doesn’t require honing. It has a solid formula that isn’t also soft or waxy. The pastel applies well and the formula lasts throughout the day without fading away. The micro-fine factor is the best size if you want to have a gentler touch and even more exact capability to fill in brows, without creating the ended up seem as well dramatic.
Skinny spoolie brush at the various other end works fine for shaping brows before and blending/shaping them after fill-in. Expenses concerning $7, but because the crayon gets on the mini side, I imagine it will certainly have to be replaced more often than a “standard” dimension brow lining. Will update after continued usage.
UPDATE: It went out after day-to-day application within 2 weeks! I recognize a micro pencil won’t last as lengthy however two weeks is ludicrous. If it’s thinner, possibly they ought to make it longer to make up so the period isn’t so short. I anticipate a great brow pencil to last concerning a month with day-to-day use and also will certainly be moving on to discover something that does not have to be changed so often.

The only reason I am giving this 2 lippys is because the color is excellent and the fine tip for application. Other than that, this is awful. The crayon leaves little blobs and bits of crayon as you apply. Did I get an old one, a bad one? We will never know, I will never rebuy. Oh did I say this is very expensive? You get hardly any product and it runs out very fast. Covergirl, you can do better than this.

I have this brow liner in “soft blonde.” Quality and color-wise, it’s a great replacement for my old HG Physicians Formula Brow Definer in blonde-beige, which was discontinued.
My hair is light brown/dark blonde, and this shade is great match to softly fill in my brows without being too dark or so light that it doesn’t even show up. It’s hard to find a balance with the lighter shades of brow pencils, but this one fits the bill, and thankfully is also neutral-toned, so it doesn’t appear red or overly warm either. The finish is natural-looking and subtle, but I can still definitely tell the difference (compared to “naked” brows).
The “pencil” is a twist-up crayon which doesn’t require sharpening. It has a solid formula that isn’t too soft or waxy. The crayon applies well and the formula lasts all day without fading away. The micro-fine point is the right size if you want to have a gentler touch and more precise ability to fill in brows, without causing the finished look to be too dramatic.
Skinny spoolie brush at the other end works fine for shaping brows before and blending/shaping them after fill-in. Costs about $7, but because the crayon is on the micro side, I imagine it will have to be replaced more often than a “standard” size brow liner. Will update after continued use.
UPDATE: It ran out after daily application within two weeks! I understand a micro pencil won’t last as long but two weeks is ridiculous. If it’s thinner, perhaps they should make it longer to compensate so the duration isn’t so short. I expect a good brow pencil to last about a month with daily use and will be moving on to find something that doesn’t have to be replaced so frequently.

I love this pencil. Brow pencils are so hard to find, because they are either too hard and don’t go on smooth enough, too soft and smear everywhere, or too chunky and not precise. This one is just right and long lasting.
