Shoot for the Stars is Lush’s prettiest bath bomb, in my opinion. It is a slower bath bomb, so when you put it in the water it simmers away instead of exploding, and sends out swirls of blue, yellow, pink and white foam. The water itself turns a deep purple, and there is a lot of silver glitter that makes the water look like a galaxy! It has a lovely honey smell that lingered on my skin and in the bathroom, and it didn’t stain the bath. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 out of 5 is because it dried my skin out slightly.

I have been using Lush’s bath bombs for almost two years now and this is by far my most favorite bath bomb I have every used from them. When you place it in the water, it automatically turns your bath into a rainbow, but when the bath bomb is all used up, the water looks like a starry night. It will look like you are bathing in a galaxy. The scent is divine, and if you feel your skin, it feels silky smooth. Also the scent is pretty strong. I used this bath bomb on a Friday night and I could still smell the scent lingering in my bathroom as I was getting ready for work the next morning. My boyfriend and I used this bath bomb together as well and even he said that it looked like we were bathing in outer space. He said he loved the scent and would not mind our bathroom smelling like that every single day. Even though the price is around $7, it is definitely worth the money if you love the look of a starry night and a fresh yet musky scent that will linger through all hours of the night. Seriously my favorite thing from Lush.
