We have gardenia bushes in the front yard, and I’ve tried many gardenia scents, hoping to match their beauty – I finally found it. Absolutely stunning, definitely FBW. If you are a gardenia lover, and probably even if you aren’t, you must try this!

Pretty gardenia scent, very similar to Monyette except that instead of nag champa, Moonstone has sweet vanilla and tobacco notes that become prominent with drydown. This is very summery and wears well on my skin without turning. A must try for gardenia lovers.

This replicates the scent that would happen if I mixed three parts of “Kai” with one part of “Monyette Paris”. Crisp green gardenia floral on a bed of sweet vanillic incense. (I believe the exact basenotes in this are vanilla, oakmoss, amber & tobacco.) It’s a smoky/sweet tropical fragrance that has good lasting power on my skin. I wish I had purchased this instead of the “Coral” which I didn’t like at all.
