I’ve used the 2000 calorie in a few colors, but since I now use the Deep Auburn, I’ll put my review here.
This is a great mascara! One of my 2 favorites (I alternate between this and Great Lash). It goes on with relative ease and doesn’t take a lot of rubbing to get it off. It adds length and volume without looking trashy. It does get clumpy when the tube starts running out, but that’s no big deal. I can always go pick up another tube because the price is very reasonable. I’ll probably keep using it until it’s discontinued (hopefully that won’t happen soon).

I bought this purely for the color, but it’s a nice mascara for me. It can get clumpy but that’s why I have a comb. I didn’t like the brush at first, but I’ve gotten used to it. For me the main reason I like this mascara is the color. It gives my eyes a finished look while still looking more natural.

I don’t know what took me so long to write this review – I have been using this mascara for years now. This is my HG mascara, I never have strayed! It lengthens and adds volume without clumping, stays put through everything but a SERIOUS cry, yet washes off easily with any m/u removing cleanser. I get it in “deep auburn”, which is a great shade for redheads like me for whom black and brown mascara sometimes looks a bit “off”. (FYI – the deep auburn shade can be hard to find in stores, but is easily available at drugstore.com).
