I have this in ‘Tempting Mauve’ which includes the following shades: light baby pink, a candied peach, a deep aubergine, and a vibrant orchid purple. It is a beautiful quad, though the orchid purple shade gets neglected by me–just a little too bright pink–can easily lead to the dreaded rabbit eye. I really like these quads–they’ve many unique combinations of colors, although I agree that it is kind of annoying to have the stips in different sizes–I use the darkest shade a lot, and it only comes with a tiny strip of it! The compact presentation is gorgeous to look at–and the shadows themselves seem to glow with very fine irridescence. As far as quality and wear go, I find these are very similar in texture and pigmentation to Chanel quads. They are very very very finely milled, though pigmentation is sheer, so you’ll have to build up the color. The upside to that is that these shadows, like Chanel’s, blend magnificently, so you’re left with a very sophisticated eye look. No gritty glitter or cakey color here. Over a base, the color lasts all day (I always wear a base). The finish is superb–almost creamy. Not matte, but not shimmery either. You just see color, not shadow particles like you do with some brands (ahem, Nars & Stila). I like this formula and will likely check out some of the other quads in the future.

I have enigmatic khaki, and its gorgeous.
The colour combinations are beautiful and vibrant. The product is easy to apply and feels silky and has just a touch of shimmer to lift the eyes. I also like that the colour isn’t too intense intially, so different levels can be built up.
The packaging is very classy and the large mirror makes application easy also. I also found the application sponge great with a thin end, for lining and contouring, and a regular larger end. Although it would be nice to have two.

I have several of these quads: Enigmatic Khaki, Urban Metals, Chic Plum, Lovely Grays, and Vintage Violets. I LOVE the colors, but I do not care for the way they are “distributed”. I would prefer to have an equal amount of each to allow ME to decide which colors I want to use more or less of. I like the darker color for a crease color, which they have in only a thin line for a liner color. 🙁 Otherwise, the colors are beautiful and some very unique, pigment is good, nice smooth application….
