If you love purple lipsticks I would recommend this. It’s a very deep berry color that looks good on anyone who is daring enough to wear it. It’s not a DARING color, but since it is so deep I can see where people would be embarrassed to wear it. But I love it! My skin is light with a yellow tint, and the color stands out in my lips. The texture is okay, but not as good as MACs. I would buy it again if I ever ran out.

Unlike anything I currently own in my collection, I’m obsessed. Its like a vampy, gothic royal purple but with enough berry undertones and sheen to add a feminine touch. This is definitely not an everyday shade (at least for me anyway) but I think it’s stunning to wear with a neutral eye and a contoured face. This does have its cons however, I find that I don’t have full opaque coverage in one go… I have to apply this at least twice to achieve the look I desire. It also tends to bleed a little, I’d advise a lip pencil to wear with this like MAC Lip Pencil in Nightmoth to prevent this. The packaging is gorgeous, I’m a sucker for cute packaging. Do I think its worth the hassle? Yes and no… I think that maybe there are better counterparts on the market such as YSL’s Pourpre Divin which I am currently eyeing up…
