I switched to this after using Lancome Bi-Facil and Clinique Take the Day Off Eye Make Up Remover. I’ve repurchased it many times. It’s not quite as good as the Lancome or Clinique products, but it easily removes waterproof eye make up. For the price, it’s amazing.
Usually available in the UK on a 2 for £5 offer at Superdrug…. even though one bottle costs £5.49!!

This makeup remover does the job quite well. It says it’s for eyes and lips, but I use it for my whole face, and then I use a cleanser to make sure everything is well removed. It’s a bit pricey for the amount you get though.

It does the job and it is cheap. The eye make up disappears without having to rub my eyes. No panda eyes at a fraction of the price of Clinique, Chanel & Co. I prefer Toleriane by La Roche Posay, but it is more expensive than this product (they are both by L’Oreal anyway). If you are looking fro a cheap yet effective make up remover this does the job with no frills.

I bought this for £5.99 in Superdrug. The eye remover was much cheaper but the total makeup remover was more than double the price.
I shake the bottle and tip it upside down with a cotton pad covering the top and then use what’s on the cotton pad. I usually have to do this with 3 cotton pads but I haven’t perfected my technique yet I think. I use this on my whole face. I follow up with rinsing my face with water and using toner, because I don’t want the remover to irritate my skin.
I have got this in my eye a couple of times and it doesn’t hurt AT ALL. It’s really gentle, it’s quite potent too – it does remove makeup well.
One negative is that it does seem to be running out quite quickly, I blame this on the packaging. It tends to leak rather easily.

It sting my eyes. Works well, but I’ve found a cheaper substitute that does the job just as well, so won’t be repurchasing.

This product works really well, removing waterproof mascara without requiring frantic scrubbing. You have to give it a really good shake to mix it properly, then make sure you’re holding the cotton wool pad tightly over the hole (which is on the large side for something the consistency of water) to dispense, otherwise you could end up emptying the entire bottle in your lap. Initially, it feels greasy, but that fades in a few minutes, and I’ve been able to reapply makeup (though not mascara) sucessfully after just wiping with a dry tissue. I find to get the best results when removing mascara it’s necessary to hold a cotton wool pad with a fair amount of remover on it over closed eyes directly on the lashes for about 15 seconds, before trying to wipe it off. This saves scrubbing at your eyes.

Even though it does remove your eye make up, it leave’s a greasy residue and it is a bit tough to use.
The packing isn’t much too, yes it does hold the liquid, but when you go to pour it onto a cotton pad, the liquid from the little nozzle bit inside the cap leaks out over your hand.
Not a product I will be buying again.

I really hate that I have to write such a bad review about this product. When I first began using this, it worked like a dream. It removed my eye make up without me having to put much effort into it. It did however, sting my eyes and make them go red. But that’s something that I could have lived with. The thing that I can’t live with, is that I noticed that after using this product for a while, my usually thick eyelashes started to become sparse and the more I continued to use this, the sparser my eyelashes would become, so I stopped using this product for a while. Within a month of not using this product, my eyelashes are back to how they used to be. I’m not saying that this eye make – up remover thins eyelashes, this could just be an isolated case, but to be on the safe side, I’m definitely not going to use this ever again!

This is the worst cleanser I’ve tried! Although it says that it removes eye make up, it stung my eyes badly and the make up didn’t come off easily either. I don’t think it did a good job of taking away the make up cleaning my skin as I noticed that my skin became more oily while using this. It’s definitely not worth the price!

Oh well, this is my 3rd bottle of this makeup remover so I guess that’s a definite yes in terms of repurchasing.
I read some reviews about this product on a makeup website and decided to give it a go. This actually works quite well! It removes all my eye makup instantly although for waterproof mascaras it’s not as good, but if you use a cottom pad and cover your eyelashes for 15 secs it works better.
I can’t think of other disadvantages at the mo, but I finish a bottle of this every 2 months so I guess I wouldn’t mind them making this in larger version and offering a relatively cheaper price.
