I did not like this polish. I found the color to be dull after I put on two coats. And it was too light, you could see part of your nails underneath. I also had to put on another coat on the next day. It chips and fades very quickly.

Gorgeous summer polish. I found Heat Stroke which is a vibrant neon-style coral with a beautiful finish at WalMart when I was hunting for a red white and blue polish for July 4th. I saw this and HAD to have it. For less than $2.50 this is a bargain. This polish seems to glow from within. It has a subtle shimmer in the bottle but I really didn’t see it on the nails. I think maybe it does help it have that inner glow though. This polsih is from the Xtreme Wear line. I think it is a new release for summer 2014, because I haven’t seen it before, but I don’t know for sure about it’s release date. I really love this gorgeous polish. This does dry a bit matte and has a satin finish though so I did add a top coat to add some high gloss shine which I really liked. I had several compliments on this eye catching color. This was a great formula to apply and it went on smoothly and evenly without pooling, flooding, or dragging. This did take 3 coats though to get opacity. It does dry really fast. The brush on this is small and thin but very flexible. While it doesn’t fan out much for application, it does apply polish well and is quite suitable. I love that the polish shade names are printed on the top of the cap for easy identification. I wish all polish makers would do that. While this is called Xtreme Wear, it didn’t last as long on me as polish usually does. I didn’t do anything out of my usual routine but this stuff was chip city. I had 3 large chips and 1 small one by the end of day 3 and that is very unusual for me. I rarely have polish chip, ever. Tip wear on this was not even visible by the end of day 3. I took this off on day 4 due to the large amount of chippage. I’m going to assume that the chipping for now is largely in part due to error in application/poor prep on my part rather than poor polish formula since I had no noticible of tip wear at all. This is really such a beautiful summery polish.
