FYI: This is NOT a bronzer. This is the perfect highlighter for yellow/olive light-medium skintone gals!
I bought this because I read that it’s a fantastic dupe for MAC’s MSF in Soft and Gentle. I was worried it wouldn’t be shimmery enough and look glittery on the skin, but the glitter is probably even more fine than the MSF. Overall, this is a fantastic lower-cost alternative that would suit the needs of someone looking for a champagny-golden-peachy highlight for cheekbones and down the bridge of the nose. It gives that “wet” and dewy look that is perfect for those times you want to bring out your inner J.Lo!
FYI: Here in Canada it’s $10.99 at Sally’s Beauty Supply Store. I was informed that this is being DISCONTINUED. So please go to Sally’s website and leave an epic review if you like this product. That was her advice to me.

I love this stuff. Based on reviews comparing it to MAC’s Shimpagne, I bought it purely as a highlighter. I don’t own many highlighters yet, but I think this is going to be a staple for me through several summers to come. I picked it up from Sally’s at full price ($10.99) and I would have paid double that. It’s a soft, silvery-gold when worn, and has very fine glitter. It’s not at all in-your-face unless you layer it really, really heavy. If you’re looking for that slightly-gold, warm glow, this is a great product.

This definitely is too light to be a bronzer. It’s very lovely though. Kind of a champagne pink with both a gold and silver sheen.
This might be too glittery for some people. At first I thought it was, for me. But it gave my face a beautiful glow! Just pat this on your cheekbones, and blend out to the rest of your face, and it looks great… I also used it as an eyeshadow and it’s even more lovely on my lids. This came with a lot of product and it is a very unique color!
I put that I wouldn’t repurchase this just because it is 11 dollars, and I really only bought it because I had a coupon at Sally’s. If I wanted a bronzer/highlighter for that much money, I’d have bought my Physician’s Formula(same price)…however, I’m still kind of debating on whether I’d repurchase. Lovely shade, though!

Amazing highlighter!!!! A tad bit shiny to use as a bronzer. But def is an awesome way to highlight cheekbones. Just like MAC highlighters

Bummer. I bought this based on MUA reviews, thinking it would be such a nice subtly shimmery bronzey color for summer. Yikes. It is waaaayyyy too glittery for me. I’m not sure how others get it to work but I will be returning this tomorrow.

This is the worst bronzer I’ve ever used. It is a glitter bomb. It’s not shimmery, it actually contains large chunks of glitter which makes my pores look gigantic. It also didn’t even give me a bronzed effect, it just made me look oily and glittery like I just came out of elementary school art class. I would never repurchase this/recommend and I have nothing good to say about it.

I love this more as a highlighter. It works as a dupe for MAC MSFs. I add it over my blush to give me a glowy Dewey look!

Mac Shimpagne dupe! It doesn’t last as long, and a bit more chunky glittery, but for 1/3 of the price (I think $10), and much easier to find at Sally’s Beauty Supply, its a great deal. Frosty highlighting goodness.

This isn’t really a bronzer it’s definitely a highlighter, pinky-biege with a gold vein is how I would describe it. I think this is actually a really good dupe for the MAC MSFs. I don’t know if it’s a dupe for an exact colour, but the formulation seems to be pretty similar. I love this because it is so finely milled and while it is shimmery it is a fine shimmer and there is not a glitter chunk in sight so it just glows. I bought this at Sally Beauty Supply and have been using it almost daily for about a year now. I’ve barely made a dent in it (just managed to flatten out the top a bit) and have a feeling it will be around for a few more years. It says these are just over $9 on the website and come in four more colours (summer kiss is the lightest) so if you’re looking for an alternative to the MSFs give these a try you’ll save around $28 and who would turn down a trip to the Beuty Supply store anyways?
