This brush set is awesome. It has a five beautiful brushes that are of great quality at a low price. They are all super soft and not scratchy at all. They are:
1. The Powder Brush-This is a great powder brush in that it is not too big. I like to use it for my pressed powder when I am at home or on the go. It fits perfectly in the clutch provided. It is soft, domed and the soft tapered bristles get just the right amount of product.
2. The Eyeshadow Brush- This is tapered and slightly arched at the tip so it is good for laying eyeshadow all over the lid. I use it to get up under my eyebrow arch as well with highlighter. I also use it to get setting and contour powder on the sides of my nose. I have quite the bridge.
3. The Pointed Concealer Brush- This brush is a tapered pointed brush that is soft and dense. I use it for getting depth in the crease. I also use it for working on the “v” area of the eye. It could be used to conceal blemishes but I rarely get blemishes so I do not use it for that.
4.The Smudger Brush- This brush is small, round and tapered. It is great for blending and smudging on the lid. I use this handy brush almost everyday. It is my favorite of all them actually. It is soft, dense and is very directional. I love this brush.
5.The Lip Brush.- This brush is a nice brush for detail work on the eyes. I use to line with powders and have used it to do detail work in the “v” as well. It holds product well and is a handy little tool as it very soft and yet sturdy. I already have three lip brushes so I do not use it for that but I imagine it would be good for it.
The clutch is nice for when on the go. It has little straps for the brushes and is a great size for my purses which are either totes or satchels. It is not too bulky and is very sturdy. I use this daily.
I recommend this as it is of great quality and is a deal. If you are starting to collect brushes or just want eco friendly brushes this is a find for $17.00 at Ulta. It may be less at Wal-Mart. I saw it there too.
