I have used this this product for about a year. First, let me say that I only get a haircut about 2-3 times a year and it is color treated. I also rarely style my hair with heat. About a month into using this product I began to notice how soft my hair had become. And my hairdresser noticed my hair isn’t as dry as before and not as prone to split ends.

I quite like this styling spray and use it everyday to refresh my hair and it is perfect! Since I am someone who washes her hair every 2-3 days, I need something to help restyle and this does the trick because it is light, non-sticky and non-drying. I lightly spray my hair, use the round brush and dryer and it’s as if I just washed my hair again. love!

I have used Andalou Naturals Full Volume Style Spray for about 4 months. It builds a natural volume and all the ingredients are very nourishing for the fair. Its like spraying vitamins to your hair 🙂
No frizz, tames my curls and also I use this as my hair protectant when I blow dry.
I did not experience back-acne, dandruff or cloggped hair pores because of this product 🙂
Scent can be improved, but it all natural.
I have wavy black asian hair 🙂 Live in hot humid tropical country. So this works in extreme weather.

The Andalou Naturals Full Volume Style Spray is a product that I have re-purchased at least five times. The ingredient list is great – first three are Aloe Barbadensis Juice, Hydrolyzed Barley protein, and Soy Protein. I have fine, longer, color treated hair and the condition of my hair now is so much better now than it was before I started using this product. It does not weigh my hair down, it smells lovely, and gives my hair a smooth, fuller and lifted look. I don’t get as much pouf as is possible with other more chemical-laden styling products, but since those often resulted in damaged, sticky or late-in-the-day collapsed hair, the Andalou spray is my styling product of choice. I also keep a bottle at the office to spray and smooth the bottom couple inches of my hair sometimes.

This stuff is SO wonderful.
For the past several years I have been diagnosed with a Thyroid issue which makes my hair thin, limp, brittle, weak and dry. (Which is a pretty typical symptom.) So of course I have been taking my medication, vitamins and trying every natural hair care root lifter / volumizer I can get my hands on. This is liquid gold in a bottle to me.
First and for most…ITS NOT STICKY! if you have thin hair you know that this can be the most irritating part about mousses and or hair styling products in general. Its a very light weight formula that really give literal bounce, volume, shine and softness to the hair. And I’m talking soft with a capital S! It doesn’t weigh my hair down at all, even 2 or 3 days later. Actually, I would say it has allowed me more time in between shampoos if anything.
The mist on the spray is very fine and easy to use.
The smell is very lavender, which I’m not particularly fond of but its just a personal preference. Also, the smell doesn’t linger in your hair, so its not really an issue for me.
This is how I use it:
Shampoo and Condition my hair as normal.
Directly when i get out of the shower I use a leave in conditioner / dangler. (I use the Giovanni Ultra Moist Dual Action Protective Leave in Spray) and carefully comb through.
I then place my hair lightly in a turby-twist to get any access water or product out. (I leave this on while finish up my skin care.)
Then i take it out of the towel, and as I section from front to back in about 1 to 2 inch sections i spray about 3 to 4 sprays and the roots of each section holding about 3 to 4 inches away from my scalp. The amount of sprays I would say depends on thickness of the hair and size of the section.
Comb through to evenly distribute.
Then I blow dry and style (Which I know is different for everyone)
