Possibly my favorite summer color. I haven’t had any issues with the formula until the last time I used it, it was a little thick, but I put a few drops of thinner in it and it’s back to being perfect! I personally love thick polish brushes, I can get the whole nail in one swipe! If you’re super careful you could probably get away with one coat but I usually do 2. My favorite blue polish!

I love the Insta-Dri line by Sally Hansen. I apply them slightly heavily for fuller coverage per coat and use 2 coats. I top them with Sally’s red bottled insta-dry topcoat and my manicure is super fast and durable for days
This blue is a super fun color and more versatile than you’d think. I’ve been collecting all of this line’s colors and I’m super happy with my purchase of Blue-Away!

I love this color but the formula is absolute crap! It goes on streaky so you have to be extremely careful when you’re applying, and the thick brush is unwieldy. With a bit of practice you can get a nice smooth application but don’t expect it to last long. I gave myself a manicure in the morning and by nighttime it was chipping and peeling like nobody’s business. I hadn’t been washing dishes or swimming or anything, it just fell apart as I was going about my day. Booo.

This color is a fantastic pastel, can be spring or winter oriented. With one coat it was just a little bit streaky, but with the second it was gorgeous.

The colour is a lovely pale blue, that for some reason just reminds me of crisp linen. It is a great colour for spring or or for a wintery mani.
The finish is a glossy blue. you could likely get away without wearing a topcoat in a pinch and if you weren’t worried about chipping.
This initially went on kind of streaky, but it evened out nicely after two coats.
The conscistency of this polish was easy to work with, not to thick or gloopy at all. One thing I have noticed with this polish brand in general, you need to becareful to not keep the bottle open too long, as they do have a tendancy to get gooey quickly, and then are more difficult to use.
A note on the brush. This Brand of polish has a thicker brush, which I hate. I find it makes the polish harder to apply. It can be quicker, but I find it messier

This is my favorite nail polish for my toes right now! It’s a perfect light pastel blue and goes on in one coat for the most part. I love the wide brush with the rounded tip, because it fits in with my cuticles and helps me keep the nail polish off my skin, which is something i usually have a really bad time with! Unfortunately, I haven’t seen this at target at all since i bought it there, so I think it was limited edition or something 🙁 but i just ordered a sky blue from forever 21 today because I heard those were pretty good! hopefully they are because for the first time ever i’m actually running out of this nail polish! that’s a first! All around, awesome polish! please bring this back next spring, sally hansen!
EDIT: Although I’m still in love with this color, now that the excitement from the new color has worn off I’m noticing that this color doesn’t dry smooth and chips off quickly. Still, awesome color and I don’t use a basecoat or top coat since i switch polishes so much, so i’m sure that would make a difference.

I’ve been looking for a good sky blue colour and this was it. I love the big brush, it only takes one stroke to cover my entire nail. It is also very opaque, you can get away with one coat if you apply it a little bit thicker. I do find the price to be a bit too high especially for sally hansen. It runs about $5 where I live. This colour also works absolutely amazing when mixed with a mint colour, you’ll get a light grey-ish blue. Try it!

this is a very pretty color. its the perfect creme baby blue. i notice that when i use the insta dri nail polishes they leave small bubbly things on my nails tho but you cant tell from far away so i still like but nyways this a perfect summer color! and i think it was from this years spring collection too so it is limited

This was my first insta-dri nail polish that I ever bought (other than the top coat in the red bottle) and I am very very happy with it! This is the prettiest sky/pastel blue that I’ve seen and It goes perfectly in ONE COAT! Gah!
The brush takes some getting used to, but once I learned how to maneuver it on my nail, I was pretty pleased. If you didn’t know, the brush on these is flat, and very wide. On most of my fingers, I was able to cover my nail in 1 or 2 swipes. Also, the brush is slightly curved at the tip so it follows the curve of the nail nicely. I didn’t have any cleaning up to do after.
As for wear, I had it on for for I think three or four days before it peeled off. That was completely all on me as I spent the day swimming like a fish and the polish just peeled off of my wet nails. Before then, I only had tip wear, no chips!

Judging by all the great reviews of this nail polish, i must have just gotten a bad or old bottle. The Insta Dry Blue Away is a really gorgeous colour in the bottle but it went on really streaky, thick and gloppy. No matter how much time I gave it, it never dried either.Really gross.
