I love this palette for my olive/tan skin. My favorite color is Morocco it’s so versatile and really makes your eyes look wow! I love the shimmery powers to add a little shimmer to my lid when I want something a little extra. These colors are definitely for everyday use if needed. They’re high quality and last throughout the day without any eyeshadow primer necessary. Love it!

Go to palette for any occasion. The colors are beautiful and look great on my tan skin!

This was my first Anastasia Beverly Hills purchase and I would rate it 3.5 stars. The eyeshadows are relatively small and the “pops” of color didn’t do much for my eyes. The quality is good but wasn’t a fan of all the shimmery shades.

OMG this is amazing. I found out about this palette on Instagram. After searching hashtags for #amrezypalette I seriously could not believe the pictures I saw. These colors are amazing. I’ve always bought shadows trying to recreate ‘looks’, but never in my life have the colors looked like this. I have dark brown hair, green eyes, and I have light-medium skin coloring. I really think all these colors can compliment any skin tone. They’re coming out with a new palette today called maya Mia, I might have to get that one too. As a true Mac eyeshadow whore, my expectations were blown away.

I’m a sucker for neutrals. This palette carries mostly earthy shades. Aside from the purple and green shades of course so I was sold! Caramel and Morocco are my most used shades. the pigmentation and blend-ability with these shadows are superb. The price for such a good palette is pretty good as well.

This palette was a big let down for me. I purchased it after seeing all of the glowing reviews on IG and I wish I would have just waited for the Maya Mia palette instead. The colors are OK, there really isn’t anything special about the shadows. This palette would work best for olive tone skin, it’s too warm for fair skinned gals like myself. The browns don’t blend easily and the shimmery colors are quite dull. I really wanted to like this palette but I don’t find myself reaching for it in the mornings. The lavish palette is far more special, I recommend getting that palette instead. I do really like that anastasia linked up with a makeup artist to create this palette but it just doesn’t live up to the hype.

The Amrezy palette is the first Anastasia BH product I have ever owned; and I am not at all disappointed. It is a truly flawless, sleek product & also really affordable for a palette, I was quite surprised by the price.
A bit of background to start with, Amrezy (Amra Olevic) is an Instagram MUA, who is super talented and gorgeous; so if you have IG I recommend checking her out, because you can recreate the looks with the palette from her pictures. The palette itself is made up of ten colours, with eight of them being neutral in tone with two pops of colour in there, which I think is a great touch. The colours are as follows:
. Legend- This is a pale champagne beige shade, with a gold shimmer running through it, perfect for an all over the lid colour or as a highlight
. Glisten- A gorgeous classic warm bronze shade, with quite an orange base to it, as well as flashes of gold & silver shimmer
. Topaz- Another bronze shade, except this one is medium brown on the base so its deeper than Glisten. Also far less frosty, it has more of a sheen than anything else
. Iridescent Purple- One of my favourite shades of the palette, this is a beautiful electric purple, with a light lavender flash when it hits certain light
. Emerald- This shade is fairly self explanatory, its a beautiful emerald green with a subtle sheen, its not so green that you couldn’t incorporate it into an everyday look, which I like, as it works well with the neutrals in the palette
. Vanilla- a white based pearlescent shade, it has a very subtle pink & silver shimmer running through it, its basically another highlight or all over the lid shade, but minus the gold champagne you find in Legend
.Caramel- The first matte shade you find in the palette, this is a light caramel brown shade, very warm in tone, perfect for blending into the crease and creating definition
. Morocco- This a fairly unusual shade, its like a really light burgundy, its very red based and is close to the brown family but it isn’t brown, if that makes any sense!
. Deep Plum- This is a rich plum brown, its ideal for deepening the outer v and smoking everything out
. LBD- Last, but by no means least, I love the cute name for this shade, but it is not the stand out shade of palette. It is your simple, back to basics matte black that you find in almost every palette. It has got a little bit of a grey undertone in there, so it is not what I would call a true matte black for those who crave that, but its still a decent black
Overall, I don’t really have any major favourite shades because I find all of them really amazing, multi purpose and you can create looks with just these shades in the palette, or you can use them with some of your other favourite shadows. I think I probably get the least use out of Emerald and LBD, mainly because I don’t often reach for green and LBD is a black, and I have better blacks in my collection to use.
The packaging of this palette really calls to me, which is terrible, because nine times out of ten I’m suckered into buying stuff purely because it has pretty packaging. It is a leopard print design with gold and red thrown in there, plus a magnetic closing clasp.
I think this would make a really great starter palette for anyone who is just branching into make up, because you’ve got a great selection of neutrals, two highlights and two pops of colour for when you are feeling more adventurous. Well worth a recommend and repurchase!
