I am not usually a big fan of neutral polishes, as I find them a bit boring. Also last time I used Ciate polish (Jewlery Box) it was a disaster, so I sworn not to buy Ciate again. My friend bought me a set of Beach House Collection polishes as a gift and Beach Bum was one of them.

I am so pleased I tried it. Beach Bum is a lovely beige cream palette cleanser. I applied 3 coats for perfect coverage, but it didn’t look caked on. Drying time was possibly slightly longer than usual, but then again it could have been because I didn’t use QDTC.

I never thought I would be this excited about neutral colour, I even contemplated giving it 5 lippies, and that says something.

lady in store put this on my cheeks and looks. very nearly perfect for my blonde with cool undertones. I suspect this is one of those universal colors, like tartes tipsy, but not drying. and it’s multipurpose design impresses my growing need for “more simple and less stuff” stage. very impressed. used pur when first came out – mostly powders and horribly drying. there were few options. wool be a staple in my makeup bag.

This is a lovely product: nice warm pink-peachy color, nice shine, makes my lips feel very moisturizing, lasts a few hours, easy to apply. I am not a gloss-wearer and I like this. My only problem is its taste, which is quite heavy. It is because of the taste that I wouldn’t repurchase it.
