IT CONTAINS MTHYLPARABEN AND PROPYLPARABEN
That is probably one of the biggest downsides of this product.
Besides that, its really light, smells fresh, small ingredient list, alcohol free, doesn’t dry out the skin.
But it didn’t really do anything to my skin. my skin is in the exact same shape it was before, and after finishing a whole bottle of it. (I guess that could also be a good thing?)

It is very gentle for my super sensitive/ intolerant skin. It is a great toner and serves the purpose very well. The smell is very pleasant and the bottle is very pretty.

Pros: It removes leftovers from cleansers (I can see it on the cotton ball); unique, sexy packaging; the smell is HEAVENLY, I tell you!
Cons: I don’t think it did anything for me. I bought it because Shiseido toners gave me bumps & redness on my cheekbones, and this didn’t seem to fix it. oh well.
Overall, I think this may suit sensitive skins because of its brief ingredients list. As follows…

This is not a breathtaking product but it does its job well enough. As it doesn’t contain alcohol, it’s very gentle. But yet still effective. Like someone before me said, you can indeed see the dirt comes off on the cotton pad. That’s important for me because I hate rubbing something on my face in vain. I would buy this again on sale.

I’ve been using the matching Derma-Calm cream for almost a year now and I love it so I thought it was time to try the rest of the line. I used it tonight and so far, so good. Toner usually irritates my skin but I feel like this gets the dirt off while still being ultra gentle. I’ll update when I have more to say!

I’ve been using Yves Rocher Bio Specific Active Sensitive for half a year now and it works great! It’s especially great for sensitive skin (I’ve tried other sensitive skin products which I found to be too harsh for me and others who have tried it) because it’s so gentle without all that harsh ingredients. It doesn’t make my skin turn all read like some other products that are for sensitive skin. I’ll continue to use it!
EDIT: I still continue to use the toner for this because I’m affraid to purchase something else and have it irritate my skin. But I switched from this moisturizer and started using the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Anti Wrinkle spf 15 for my moisturizer. It works great for sensitive skin as well. I find that it is more effective then this moisturizer because it helps even out my skin tone and I have not gotten a single pimple or zit since using it.

I really like the Derma-calm line, it’s been very, very good for my sensitive skin. This is a nice, basic, very calming toner without oil or alcohol. No fuss, does the job. Though I seem to go through twice as much toner as cleanser, so I always have an extra on hand of this stuff.

Very nice toner from Yves Rocher for sensitive skin. It does not cause any irritations on the skin and removes dirt from the face, you can see the dirt on the cotton after application.

I bought this along with the ACTIVE SENSITIVE Derma-Calm Cleansing Lotion, and must say this is a really good toner for sensitive skin. Doesn’t seem to irritate my skin and has a nice, clean light scent. It has Botanical Sophorine in it, for sensitive skin.
