I am in love with this palette! I picked up this from Target with a nasty feeling in my stomach that I’d wasted my money and yet again bought another eyeshadow palette with colours that looked pretty in the pan and on my wrist that I would never wear. How wrong I was! First time I tried it out I was bowled over at how good the colour payoff is for an inexpensive eyeshadow! And then I was amazed at how wearable all the shades are. I think this is one of the few palettes where I regularly use every single shade in the pan. The aubergine, blue-grey, forest green and indigo all have a metallic finish not too frosty or glittery and all of them are fun without being too wild to wear during the day. All the shades are just so well thought out and work so well together. I love to do a neutral eye and then add in a subtle pop of colour on the lashline or the middle of the lid. For a more dramatic look I use the gold on my inner corners and then use the two blues in an ombre effect over my lid.
I also own the Naked palette and I find myself using this one much more often, even though I tried to make myself use the Naked since it cost me 4x the price. The Sleek formula is very slightly more powdery than the Urban Decay but otherwise the quality is comparible and the colour selection is much more fun in the Sleek. I rushed out and bought a bunch of other Sleek products after buying this and I’ve got to say I’m impressed! While the Storm palette might remain my favourite after trying out their other products, it seems to be a very solid brand in general. Cruelty free too.

My favourite eyeshadow palette ever, beats the naked palette in my opinion. So pigmented, colours are amazing and long lasting. I have a few of these palettes and the quality is brilliant on them all. They are only E10.49 here which is amazing. Definitely repurchase and will add more to my collection of five. Best eyeshadows on a budget, even if aren’t I would recommend them.

This is my second “Storm” palette. I had one for years (with the waffle pattern) and I LOVED it! My daughters were playing with it, so of course it ended up getting smashed. ???? Quite by chance today, I found a DA Drugstore here in the Netherlands that stocks Sleek products – and the prices are the same in euros as I would pay in pounds in the UK. BARGAIN!
BUUUUUT……
The formulation has changed. It is not as richly pigmented or as silky. Still good, but not great. Disappointed, but not devastated.
Also, the clicky packaging is very difficult to open. I can see myself scraping my fingers through the palette unless it loosens up a bit.
I own one FA Drugstore on the West Loop. At $10 they seem to be good. Most people are all too busy competing for you money that you don’t think are worth it, the shipping cost is atrocious in some parts of the US. Also, ALL stocks are written in small business style which leaves me wavering when talking with security staff. Do not invest next time, good luck… THEY WORK. Beware!
In fact, these are the stilts at Dover Tactical when I finally tried this out! They were really lovely. All the colors are jazzy, which I’m really grateful for as it keeps my bias down. There’s this cute little tube in front of me and the flowers I picked up were all out of place, not that I’d hold them together to go around or anything, but it’s just kind of homey and cozy. The pressure is just right to lay this on you when you’re saving money on your own skin!
Well, as if that weren’t enough, there’s a whole host of other goodies included, although (like the ones here and here) I don’t really pay attention to these unless it’s just because of the price. My Aunt got me my jam and although I said it sounded really good, I only came up with them because I didn’t really like the layout and gave them to Mom for a quick RDF wash. She’s sort of an awesome mum who has kids and has been told by a relative or friend that all she wants is their attention.
What I learned from this, however, is that this is not a comfort product for consumers. These bags have features which don’t always function when opened but can get me excited during storage where I still don’t want to watch a special watch or take an album.
Honestly, I was impressed with the towels all at once. They felt really heavy as I was trying to maneuver through them and they still acted like cardboard when you opened them. It’s made to even work better if opened as gently as possible.
Luckily this bag also felt like it was submerged, because it still wouldn’t crack while I was washing it. However, I should also note that they do attach to every layer of pads of makeup, including the I apply and absorb brands. I was able to spot this device as it was placed inside of the bag under the sink, but there’s no quick and easy way to check.

I’m so glad I bought this! It was only 20 NZD so I figured even if I didn’t like it, it wasn’t much money wasted. The colours are lovely, pigmented, and stay on very nicely. I use it with NYX Milk and it’s a great combination.
The eyeshadow applicator that comes with it is basically useless. I got rid of it straight away and use my own eyeshadow brushes.
As someone who doesn’t wear much eyeshadow, it was a great ‘introduction’ palette for me!

I bought this palette last week for 10 euro, after reading rave reviews about it and I’m so glad I did!I really love the range of colours and the pigmentation is really strong. Most of the colours are easy to blend and there’s a built in mirror 🙂 The only downside to this product is that I find it hard to open!I would recommend this palette to anybody looking for a good, budget friendly, eye shadow palette.

Absolutely SPECTACULAR eye palette!
These colors are gorgeous, pigmented, easy to blend, and so so SO versatile! I’m in love!
It’s so easy to create an amazing everyday look that transforms into night with just a quick dip into one of the darker, more sultry colors.
There’s a gorgeous rose-gold shade right next to an equally stunning metallic aubergine and those paired together are my HG shadows at the moment.
There’s a bit of fallout, but I think it’s because these shadows are so soft and buttery.
They last all day (over primer) on my lids and stay looking gorgeous – no fading or dulling.
Packaging is great on this, as it is with all of Sleek’s palettes.
And like all Sleek products, the price is out of this world for the quality of the product!
All in all, a huge win for me and I will definitely be exploring other eye products from Sleek!
