This is a very moisturizing balm that melts upon contact with your skin. I use it on my lips as a lip balm and also on my elbows. The smell is a sweet apricot scent. I was a little disappointed to see that shea butter is just one of many ingredients used in this product. I would still repurchase because the packaging is adorable and portable and the product is effective.
