I was looking for a new black eyeliner pencil since I ran out of my previous one, so I gave this product a try. I got Eyedefine in Black Ink. The eyeliner is has good pigmentation and applies smoothly. Plus, I have sensitive eyes and wear eye contacts and this eyeliner does not bother my eyes.
The only problem is that it smudges downwards from my lower lashline after a few hours, but if I check on it once in a while then I can avoid having raccoon eyes lol. A solid black pencil eyeliner for a reasonable price!
Update: After trying out a few other black eyeliners, I realized that this eyeliner is just an average, meh, good enough type of black pencil liner. IMO the shade of black smears blue-ish grey which does not flatter my skin tone, nor does it help that the particular shade brings out my dark undereye circles that I try to conceal (while other black pencil liners avoid doing).

I got Basic Black & I use it for tight lining because it’s so soft of lead but it does make a pretty precise line. If migrates as the day wears on so I take it & a qtip w me in my bag for touch ups during the day. It does not irritate my eyes. The price pointe is awesome USD$2.59 at Kmart. I also have eggplant BB liner. I am fickle when it comes to makeup but I would/do rebuy this. I lurve BB makeup evthing from eyeliner/shadows to bronzer to lipbalms. This eyeliner isn’t the blackest of black but it’s not greyish it’s just not super dramatic stark contrast. I think this is very beauty budget friendly but there are better liners out there only if ur willing to pay a lot more.

This has literally been my go-to pencil eyeliner for the last 15 years of my life. It sounds stupid, but I started wearing this in middle school and I have never found another eyeliner that coats my inner lash line so well. It initially was purchased because I was 12 and was working off a $5/wk allowance. I can now afford very high-end makeup, but I can never out-do my favorite.
Sure, its staying power isnt the greatest, but it’s cheap enough to have them all over the place for a touch up. Excellent product.

When I spotted this eyeliner, I had to buy it! It was so cheap, and my best friend suggested it to me. So when i first started using it, I found that it went on okay. But during the day if you even TOUCHED the eyeliner, it would smudge. It smudged and creased and was just overall a crappy product. I threw it out a few months ago and never looked back.
The price? Yes! The quality? NO!

I used to use this eyeliner all the time in high school. I think this is a great eyeliner to start out with, and it’s a bargain at $1-$2 (Walmart, Shopper’s Drug Mart). However, as I discovered other brands, I stopped using this eyeliner altogether.
Overall, good product, but there are better ones out there.

Cheap, and it glides on smoothly, however the color is not rich or intense which is typically what is being sought in a black liner. It really is a “soft black” and also is kind of sheer. Me and my sisters call this “light black”. It also kind of fades throughout the day and ends up looking even lighter. The black ink version of this is a bit better as it is darker, but it’s still kind of light black. Would not repurchase as there are a million other black liners out there.

This is my HG eyeliner. I have bought this liner time after time and haven’t found anything better. My friends call me the queen of eyeliner because I wear it all the time, every day, and I layer it on. This one is my favorite because it smudges just the right amount to get a perfect smoky eye, but at the same time, it doesn’t end up all over your face or smudge throughout the day. Admittedly, I have not tried other colors aside from Soft Black and Black Shimmer, but I’ve bought dozens of these and they’ve never failed me. I’ve tried dozens of other eyeliners, ranging from Benefit BadGal (which comes in a close second for my fave eyeliner) to Nars, Clinique, Urban Decay…. this Bonne Bell liner for like $2, cannot be beat in my books.

it smudges so much… i put it on my top eye lid and like few ours it smudges down to my underlid -_- i didnt no at first until my friend pointed it out. This is probably the only Bonne Bell product I still use. I find that this eyeliner is pretty good for it’s price. During the summer I usually have an issue with it smudging which would definately be a con associated with it. I would buy this product again.
