Love the scent and feel of this mid-weight lotion. Not cheap but not cost prohibitive and pleasing packaging.

I’ve always thought Crabtree & Evelyn was a bit of an ‘old lady’ shop – someone where my Gran would shop but not me. But – and perhaps it’s my advancing age – I’m finding more and more that they do some really nice things that I want to buy more of!
This hand cream is sooo nice – it smells amazing (think honey and lemon drink with a dash of earthy coriander), sinks into the skin really well and leaves my hands feeling nicely moisturised but not sticky or greasy. I had a 50g (1.8oz) tube of this and used it 1-2 times a day at work, but it still lasted me a good 6 weeks. The only slightly annoying thing is the metal tube, which makes it virtually impossible to get every last bit of product out!
Even at £9.00 for the 50g tube I would definitely repurchase as this is comparable to a similar sized The Body Shop hand cream, but in my opinion is much, much nicer!

This hand lotion absorbs quickly and does not leave a sticky residue. It also smells lovely of lemon and coriander. However, I find that it is not moisturising enough for my dry hands. I might repurchase.

smells light and summery, the formula is non-greasy, sheer and medium moisturizing. i got 6 of these ‘hand therapy’ in a coffret, this is the first one i have tried. i am not disappointed but not completely happy with this either. i guess it does its job well. that’s it. but what i look for in a tube of handcream anyway. it’s already not bad as it is. and gardener’s is the 2nd one i tried, but i like the smell of this citron one better and its moisturizing power seems also better than gardener’s which fell a bit short…. I’ll do short review for the rest of the coffret soon.

I’ve been using these handcreams for years and I love them all. This scent is my current favorite, although I do love the Rosewater and Summer Hill ones as well.
This is a very moisturizing hand cream that is non greasy if used correctly). The trick is to apply a pea sized amount to the back of your hand, and rub the backs of your hands together before distributing the product onto the inside of our hands. Our hands are usually driest on the outside so this method will allow the most amount of product to be absorbed on the backs before the inside of our hands. It will also prevent too much product from getting on the inside of our hands and getting greasy.
One gripe that most people have with these hand creams is the metal tube that it comes in. I’ve honestly become used to it and it doesn’t bother me. I just roll it up as more product get used, which is nice because the more I use the less space it takes up in my purse. I keep the hand cream in my purse with my keys and I haven’t had any puncturing issues.
This hand cream gets me through Canadian winters and keeps my hands silky soft. The texture and scent feel very nice and luxurious. It is definitely a staple in my purse.

I love all the CE hand therapies; they’re their best products. This scent has to be my favourite, however. It’s lemony but not sour or strong; it’s very fresh and very moisturizing. People complain about the greasiness of this line but really, you do not need a whole lot of this product. Just a little bit works great. You can layer your hand in them as a mask by putting on a glove.
What I don’t like about this is the tube that it comes in (100g and 50g). It’s metal and the cap is hard to screw back on. It does come in a pump bottle but at a higher price (28CAD). It’s pretty pricey but I’m one of those willing to buy good quality hand creams since hands age and get damaged the quickest.

The moment I smell the scent of this… I know that I would really be buying this. And I did! I know that this is too way expensive for a hand cream… but I told you the first time I smell this… I said I will be getting this… and I did! haha! just keep repeating what I said. Oh I love the scent! My hands look beautiful and well moisturize.

This smells divine! Reminds me a bit of D&G Light Blue but more citrusy and not as musky. My hands feel velvety after I put this on, and a little goes a long way. I didn’t see this as a body lotion but I would definitely purchase if they carried one in this scent.
