I don’t typically use cream moisturizers, I prefer oils.
I picked this up for ‘I don’t know why’ reasons, and it turns out it’s a pretty good cream. It’s rich, thick and glossy and applies very easily. It doesn’t leave a greasiness to the skin, it absorbs quickly and fully. It’s got an earthy, herbal smell that fades fast. It plumps and moisturizes nicely. I guess your type of skin would determine how you use it, for some dryer skins, this may not be rich or long lasting enough to act as a night treatment, and for more normal or oilier skins, it may very well be all you need, or more, once a day.
I love the ingredients, no mineral oil, fragrances or silicones, and it’s packed with great oils like wheat germ, avocado, sweet almond and jojoba.
I still use my oil blend for my face, I’ll probably never stop, but I’ve found that this makes a great eye cream. Seriously good under make up, as it leaves no greasy finish.
Packaging is top-notch, thick cobalt glass tub. I don’t think I’ll repurchase, but not because I don’t like the product, I’m just hooked on oils. Definitely recommend people to test it out though.

I have to agree with one of the below reviewers, after just using this a few days I seemed to get little bumps under my skin around the chin and jaw line and also got 2 or 3 large cysts had to stop using it and started using estelle & thild night moisturiser instead along with rosehip oil which has started calming things down also started to notice a dry patch around my cheek area too?? strange! going to give it to my mum who wouldn’t have sensitive skin…

I’ve used this product on and off for a couple of years now (more on than off). Am on my second tub, which tells you how much I love it! It’s really nourishing on my skin and smells great, really helped with overnight dryness during the winter months. In the summertime I find it too rich for the daytime but still fine for night-time use, it gets absorbed in my skin and doesn’t leave a film/shine. Excellent – I highly recommend!!

I got one of these on sale. I was so impressed by the great smell when I first opened it. It was a mix of very sweet almond, avocado and geranium, even a slight suggestion of frankincense (how come?). Anyway, I’ve used it on my face and neck every night for a fortnight. It makes my skin stable and fresh. It is more oily than the frankincense cream so it better not to use it at day time. A great night cream for spring, fall and winter.

I purchased it on sale (discounted to about 7 GBP) and I am very happy with this moisturizer. Since I began to use it as a night cream, my skin definitely looks better: more even toned, less redness. It sinks in fast, smells heavenly and not greasy at all. So much better than many expensive night creams I tried. For my dry winter skin, I could be happier if it had been a bit richer, but I think it would provide enough moisture for most skintypes except very dry/dehydrated skin. Upon application, my skin feels a bit tight but the next morning it is nicely moisturized and looks healthy. I am very impressed and will repurchase.

Like it. It moistures my skin very well. It is not oilly and is absorbed well. It works very well for my skin in spring and winter. I will definitely buy it again.

I find that this moisturizer works well for me (35, combination skin prone to breakouts). It sinks in quickly without leaving a greasy feeling, does not clog my pores or cause breakouts, and smells lovely (I think geranium oil is the fragrance I identify, and as the previous review shows – it’s clearly not for everyone…).
The cream is supposed to be for all skin types, but it’s possible it won’t be rich enough for someone with dry skin – it certainly doesn’t have that heavy night-cream feeling.

I bought this online and unfortunately I cant stand the scent! I bought the larger size as well. It does a decent job of moisturising and it sinks into the skin quickly so would be good for drier skintypes.

A luxury moisturiser containing wheatgerm oil with vitamin E, avocado and almond oils. Use as a rich day or night cream.
On Me: I think neal’s yard stuff don’t agree with my skin!! Two days of usage made my skin look like hell!! Itchy skin, Red botches appearing…bumps etc!gonna avoid all their stuff from now on…pity cos i like using products made of natural ingredients.
