I looooove this stuff! Super soft and buildable and doesn’t irritate my skin.

This is one my favorite cream blushes. It’s easy to apply and the color is very beautiful. It might not be your thing if you don’t like shimmer seeing as it’s very shimmery, but it’s easy to control the amount of shimmer and color you apply. It’s sheer so it’s easy to build up color. I recommend stippling instead of rubbing to get more color pay-off.
The packaging is no nonsense which is a plus for me, as it makes it easy to carry around.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t a fan of NYX’s Tickled. A friend passed it onto me after she found it didn’t last well on her oily skin and she thought it might do better on my dehydrated-normal skin. It’s quite sheer and easy to work with, but the shimmer is overwhelming so on my medium skin tone it functions more as a highlighter. If I build it up to the point where the color shows, then I’m a disco ball of gold shimmer.
I also find the texture very slippery, more like a jelly than a true cream in texture and finish. This makes it easy to blend and I imagine this product would be ideal for people with dry skin who are afraid of going overboard on blush and want a dewy look with some shimmer. However, as I’m not looking for those qualities in a blush this wasn’t a good fit for me.

When swatched on my arm it is a beautiful peachy coral color with a gold sheen. When applying this on the cheeks, it sheers out and loses this beautiful color. I recommend dabbing it on rather than blending it out in order to keep it truer to colour. I find that it looks natural, dewy and healthy, is difficult to over apply (good thing!) and lasts the whole day. I do have dry skin though and use a very light dusting of loose setting powder. I love the dewiness of this product, it makes me look hydrated and radiant. However, I can see how this may just look shiny and oily on oilier skin types. The texture is also slightly tacky and may come off as feeling greasy on those skin types. I wouldn’t recommend it to people who have oily skin. I can’t imagine it lasting long either. I quite like this product and have been using it daily. I chose no to repurchasing because I would probably try out a different cream blush, but that doesn’t mean this isn’t worth trying out!

I admit, I’m not well-versed in cream blushes, but I really like this one. It goes on in a really pretty buildable sheer that compliments my skin tone gorgeously. It’s almost like a highlighter at first but if you keep layering, it “turns into” a true blush. Love the shimmer and the gold undertone of this shade. It performs exceptionally well under translucent powder!

The color is beautiful. It’s a pinky, peachy color similar to NARS orgasm, with a slight golden shimmer. The color looks beautiful on, and is perfect for summer!
….However…It always looks like it’s melting in my pan. And when I put it on my face, it leaves a shiny finish, making me look oily.
I want to love this product, but it’s simply too oily for me. It doesn’t last long and it tends to wear away at the foundation underneath, requiring constant touch ups. I’ve been using a Beauty Blender to dab it on and that seems to help a bit, but it’s still such a shame:/

About me: NW13 (neutral-cool toned, very fair), blue eyes, Color season is True Summer, Baumann Skin Type is OSPW.
I was disappointed. The creamy shimmery ruby red pink grapefruit color did not show up on me, and I’m pale. It faded to a slightly orange shimmer. Disappointed.

I am always on the lookout for a decent cream blush. They are so hard to find, and the good ones are usually crazy expensive. (My favorite is a discontinued one by Smashbox.)
I just bought this today, and so far I’m very impressed. Things I like:
— The consistency is very creamy without being oily or gritty (easy to blend).
— The color is similar to Orgasm — a peachy-pink with a micro-shimmer glow. (The shimmer is, IMO, more natural than Orgasm.)
— I can see this as being a go-to blush during the winter. It is moisturizing, semi-sheer, and the color works well with my medium/fair warmish skin tone.
— It’s is in a little pot with a snap-up hinged lid. I like these for blush — easy to get into, easy to carry in my purse, and snaps shut securely.
— With my points discount at Ulta, I paid $3! (Regular price is probably in the $5 – $6 range.) I think I’ll splurge for one more of these that can live in my purse.
This is most definitely for dryer skins — I imagine it would melt right off of an oily complexion.

Tickled is the newest shade offering in the Rouge Cream line by NYX that I picked up on eBay since I haven’t seen it anywhere else yet. It’s shimmery, peachy pink leaning more towards peach and seems very similar to NARS Deep Throat in cream form (I have the NARS Orgasm Illuminator and it’s brighter than that). It’s kind of right between Glow and Hot Pink, with shimmer, at my best guess not having all of them. The name kind of reminds me of Tarte Tipsy, and is about that same shade.
Like the others in the line, Tickled is very creamy and easy to apply, blended with fingers or a brush (I use a regular skunk or MAC’s 188). The shimmer is noticable, but you can buff it down quite a bit to lessen this effect. This is not as pigmented as the other Rouge Creams I have, and blending really sheers it out. It’s similar to Boho in this way, except it’s a warm pink and actually shows up, whereas Boho is a cooler pink and doesn’t (on me). This gives a light sheer glowy effect, but I also like it as a base for powder blushes. Definitely one of the better ones to pick up if you are fair because it won’t give you clown cheeks as easily as some of the others, or if you’re wanting a warmer pink than some of the others. Lasting power is decent, but my skin is dry so these last longer on me than they would on oilier types. I can apply over powder or liquid foundation without problems and so far am pretty happy with this because it does look fresh and glowy, and can either be wonk sheerly and more natural with a slight glow, or built up for more oomph and shimmer. So glad they’re continuing to make new shades of this, one day I will collect them all, like blush Pokemon.
