I have never heard of Cheeky polishes, until I received their Advent Calendar last year. From a quick Google search I have learned the they are created by the people behind Cowshed (pricey hair and body products).
Flamin-go is a borderline neon pink with a hint of coral. It’s a bright, happy colour (hence the 2 lippies, otherwise it would have been 1). Even though I like the colour itself, it didn’t look right on me. If I ever use it in the future, it will be for pedi only.
This polish is quite thick and it is not self levelling, so after 2 coats I felt like there was a lot of polish on the nail, yet there were areas that needed better coverage. I was thoroughly confused. After a couple of hours of applying the polish I noticed 2 small chips. I used my usual top/base coat combo and didn’t do anything that could warrant chipping.
All in all, pretty colour, terrible formula. There are much better alternatives out there.
