I have this in a mini, I like it, dark, purple sometimes black looking, easy to apply, easy to remove, looks nice and classy on. The mini did take 3 coats but all my minis do that, I think it’s more the teeny brush than the polish formula. If you are looking for a nice dark moody purple and see this on sale, don’t be afraid to pick it up.

This is a nice, rich, deep, plummy, warm-leaning, purple creme. Dark, but not “so dark it may as well be black” (I can see it’s plum in most lighting situations). Opaque with two coats, and you might be able to get full opacity with one coat if you’re good with a brush. Good wear, no unusual issues with chipping or anything else.
Not much else to say about this. It’s a good quality, elegantly dark purple creme that flatters my cool, pale complexion and works really well as a base for glitter top coats and similar, lending a bit of colour without stealing the show. I like it.

I love this color! If you are afraid of LPAP this is perfect! Dark but not black. Yes a bit runny but start with a thin coat like a base than apply 2 more thin coats. Nice vampy plummy color…. Just like LPAD but not as dark. I love it!!!!!!!! Yes, I would buy it again.

I loooooovvvveeeeee this nail polish. It’s an aubergine shade when two coats are applied. When I applied the first coat it had a brown tinge to it however after the second coat, the purple really came through. It’s very long wearing and flattering for most people. It is quite dark so unless you’re olive or dark skinned I would save this for the evening. As I have olivey skin it’s fine for me for daytime. I will definitely repurchase!

Beautiful aubergine color, as everyone else has said. I actually wore two coats (as only one is VERY streaky) then applied Kleancolor Chunky Holo Black for some movement. GORGEOUS look!
The reason I would not purchase it again is that it stained my nails! I always wear a base coat and prime my nails before that, but when I removed it, my nails are stained a light berry pink. Boo!

This is the perfect aubergine color. It applied like butter. (I love that… So velvety smooth and silky…) It’s so classy and amazing! I got so many compliments whilst wearing this color! it dried glassy and shiny even without my poisonous top coat!

I love this color. It’s a deep/ Dark Eggplant color that dries to a shimmerless glossy finish. It’s BEAUTIFUL on really plae skin like mine, and is perfect for fall and winter. LOVE.

I got a manicure yesterday and chose Honk If You Love OPI. It’s a very dark eggplant, similar to OPI’s LPAD or Yes I Can Can, or Essie’s Velvet Voyeur. My manicurist seemed to have trouble applying it, though – the first coat was streaky and although the second one evened it out, she had to work very carefully and very slowly. I was surprised, because OPI polishes usuallly go on very well (the only application problems I’ve had were several years ago, when OPI was in the process of reformulating their polishes). So I wouldn’t repurchase it, first because of the difficult application, and secondly because as beautiful as the color is, it is practically a duplicate of similar colors I already own.

Honk if you love OPI came to me as one polish out of twelve from the Touring America collection.
It is to most amazing berry color in my collection…it’s dark and intense, already black when lights go down but very berry in sunlight.
One coat won’t get you complete coverage but…which polish does (…and I’m always doing two coats, no matter what…just to be sure..)
Maybe it’s too dark for some people for wearing it at the office … but fortunately I don’t have those problems and can enjoy the color as it is =)

Great Autumn-Winter colour. I got this with the recent “Touring America” collection. This is a lovely deep eggplant purple with a “jelly finish” – very dark and gives off a “vampy” effect. Although it is pretty dark on the nail, it doesn’t look black in my opinion. Not the most unique shade out there, but the formula was easy to work with. Two coats and it was opaque with no streaks.
