This lip pencil is super creamy and glides on very easily, lasts for a very long time without smudging or whatever. It takes a little more effort to take off completely. It also comes with a very good sharpener. The color is perfect for medium and darker complexions, it complements those with olive-tan-orange-red undertones. I think that people with a fair complexion will look even paler than they already are, but it’s just my personal preference. Anyway, I highly recommend.

Caveat: I don’t know if this is the exact same product, as the current Bobbi Brown chocolate liner is called “Lip Liner,” not “Creamy Lip Liner.” I was pleasantly surprised by this. It’s very buttery, in contrast to some of the rock-hard, dirt-dry lip liners on the market. On me, applied without any primer or other prep, it comes out a dark purple-ish brown rather than a true chocolate. Used as a base with Bobbie Brown Lip Color in “Brownie” applied on top, the result is a nice port wine stain. A bit dramatic for everyday wear but a good evening look.

This lipliner is a pretty shade. I received this in a swap and liked the color, but the consistency is a bit too hard for my taste. Its not as creamy and smooth as some of my other lip liners. This is a great color though.
