Was really disappointed with this palette. I bought it quite a while ago expecting it to live up to the great standards of Sleek’s eyeshadow palettes. Unfortunately this was not such a success. Seeing as its called a primer palette I assumed that it was going to prevent additional eyeshadows from creasing as well as adding colour. These crease like there’s no tomorrow! On top of that they dry out super quickly and the packaging is very flimsy (which I would accept for the price if the product was a better quality). I would recommend that you buy the powder eyeshadow palettes and just use a concealer and a powder to prime your eyelids rather than wasting your time and money on this.

A thumbs down from me because it’s primer that needs a primer – or else it creases. A shame because I love everything else from Sleek Makeup!

Long lasting primer which can be eyeshadow as well.
Apply without any other primer, this colored primer really really lasting and not smudging.
The colors are great for any skin colors.
But dun use the brush that comes with it, as it is too rough for the eyelids.
I use my fingers to apply this primer, and it works well much better than any brushes, because the texture is way too creamy to use a brush.

I like this palette, sometimes the colours can crease, but its about not using a heavy hand. When you apply the primer really pat it into the skin. I sometimes wear some of the colours on there own.

I actually really like these. I didn’t buy them expecting a “primer”, as in something that would help keep my eye-shadows from creasing. They’re really just a coloured base or cream shadow that intensifies the pigmentation of eye-shadow. If that’s all you’re expecting, you will be happy with this product.

People are giving this unfair bad reviews. A primer just means something that is giving eyeshadow colours something to ‘grab’ on to. Sleek never promised that these are ‘crease-proof’.
People are just comparing this product to UDPP etc, they are cleary no where even near the same type of product.

Horrible a total let down. Colours crease horribly. Waste of money.

If these were cream eyeshadows I would gladly give them a higher rating but since these are marketed as ”primers” I can’t. They usually crease after less than an hour and I don’t even have oily lids, in fact eyeshadow usually doesn’t even crease on me so I use the primer only to make the colors more vibrant, not to make them stay on longer.
The palette consists of 12 different shades, all of them are very creamy and their consistency is similar to e.l.f.’s cream eyeshadow duos, but a bit thicker. I first saw them in pixi2woo’s video where she used them on their own and because of the vibrant result I decided I had to have them. With a real primer underneath they last longer, but still not long enough.
I really like the idea though, having that many cream eyeshadows (I’m gonna call them that because that’s what they really are) in one palette is really handy.
Also, the eyeshadow names are labeled wrong (the colors are protected by a plastic sheet on which the names are written but I guess something must have gone wrong because I’m sure they wouldn’t name the peachy-gold color ”noir”). Ok product, but I expected more from Sleek.
