I would very much like to purchase another Bobbi Brown Longwear cream shadow stick in Greige which I know is discontinued – any ideas where I can get this?

The Greige cream shadow was introduced in Fall 2015 as part of the permanent line. This shade is a really pretty shimmery medium tone taupe which colorwise is a very nice addition to the line. I am still waiting for a matte taupe along the lines of Cement or Malted top finally be added, but that’s a different story. Regarding Greige, I was excited to buy it after swatching the tester at the store counter, and in fact the shade works well with my light NW15 skin tone and grey green eyes. The longevity, however, is a big issue with this product, and I’ve experienced this with all the shimmer shades in these sticks. On my lids, the shimmer sticks crease within a few hours, even worse in heat, and I’m not a heavy sweater, nor are my lids particularly oily. I don’t have that creasing problem with Bobbi Brown’s long wear cream shadows in the little glass pots. At $29 per piece before tax I would definitely hope for better staying power, so I will not repurchase.

For this product to be so expensive and claim to be long wearing you would have thought that It would last more than 2 hours. It didn’t.
Now Don’t get me wrong. I love Bobbi Brown. I got a full set for my 16th birthday and I love somethings. Just not this.
The product went on beautifully and before the 2 hour mark was doing really well. bended nicely. but throughout the day of shopping and throughout the last 3 months I have noticed that it doesn’t last very long. I realise that I don’t wear a eye shadow base.
The product after 2 hours had bunched up into little balls and was separating along my crease.
I just felt at the price it is, it shouldn’t do that.
