These are very light, neutral shades. The trio consists of a pink, peach and a taupe. The colors are not very pigmented and barely show up on my fair skin. Color is not long lasting and even with lid primer, disappears before the day is over. This eye shadow is supposed to be ultra hydrating and anti-aging, but I did not notice any of these benefits.

I wholeheartedly agree with Susiedbc. This is a very pretty trio, but the shades (pink, peach, tan) are very neutral and very light, so you’re not going to get any drama out of it. However, it is perfect for a polished work look, or to give your eyes a little emphasis with a casual look. The pink is indeed almost matte, but the peach and tan have a lovely, fine luminescence that is very flattering (even on mature eyes) and draws more light and attention to the eye than I’d have guessed. Smoothing the shadow with your finger after applying intensifies this effect. The wear time is very good with no creasing. However, the packaging is not the best–it’s difficult to open, and the little wedges of shadow makes it difficult to get a decent brush in them. I also found the formula a little powdery when picked up from the pan, but not on the eye. I like it very much and will use it, but would not repurchase due to the poor packaging and powderiness of the shadows.
Update 9/20/15–I have to drop my rating of this trio. Every time I wear it, my eyes itch and are irritated for days afterwards. It Cosmetics put too much junk into their cosmetics–the ingredient lists are a mile long. I’ll be avoiding their products in the future.

I really like this trio. As previous reviewer stated, it is really subtle. I wouldn’t wear it for a night out, but I turn to it for work occasions where I need to look put together but not made up. I’m very fair skinned, and these tones match me well.
I’m also in my mid-40s and appreciate the fact that the pink upper lid color is matte since shimmer there can make me look crepey.
My only gripes are that the compact is hard to open, and the pans are quite shallow–not much product in there. I wish I could by these as singles.

I got this eye shadow trio in a “Showstopper” from the Canadian Shopping Channel, so the price was really low; all the products – and there were lots, including 2 very good brushes – were less than $70!
This shadow trio is aptly named – it is SO nude that I can’t really see any of the colours once I apply them. There’s a light beige-taupe, a light peachy shade and a still lighter pale pinky flesh tone. They look very pretty in the pan but just don’t seem to show up at all, even over a base. Perhaps I need to give them a more fair trial and wear these shadows when I go out. So far, I’ve only tried them on in my bathroom and been disappointed so I’ve removed them and “started again”. But my experience is that you don’t even get a natural but somewhat better look from them. It looks like I haven’t done anything at all to my eyes, so my initial reaction is “why bother?”. I can get better results from a quick swipe of MAC Painterly Paint Pot and a bit of liner. But, like I said, I will continue to give these a try because I am innately cheap and hate for anything to go to waste.
