Based on rewiews I thought I would like this, so it was a blind buy. I will describe it as grandmotherish, out of fashion and maybe boring/insignificant. Not my cup of tea.

So beautiful and so affordable! Very feminine ( rose, jasmine, lily of the valley), sensual( amber, vanilla), but it is also modern and spontaneous thanks to the vetiver. Reminds me of the great aldehydic classics ( Chanel n°5, Hermes Caleche) but also of Brosseau Ombre rose ( the way the flowers kind of mix with the vanilla) and EL Intuition (the amber). If you like any of those, please try this one out. It is much less expensive, especially if you wait for their special offers ( half price sometimes!).Even the bottle is a pleasure to look at. I tell you there is nothing wrong with this one!!!!

Quite impressive fragrance from Yves Rocher. Feminine, warm, floral and slightly spicy. Base notes are a bit too soapy for my taste but this is a decent, beautiful fragrance. Mild and inoffensive with good staying power. I dont wear it anymore, but I enjoyed wearing it a few years ago, and got compliments for it.

I really LOVED Clea and it was my favorite YR fragrance! It is more of a spicy fragrance than anything else…kind of a “warm” one, and very original. I really liked to wear it in the Fall and Winter.

Olfactive description for Clea by YR (came out 1980): Floral(Jasmin, Muguet) Sensual Sandalwood Vetiver. – It must be a topseller because it’s not discontinued yet. So this fragrance has fans! For me it smells like a classy, old-fashioned aldehydic fragrance (Chanel 5 style). Some ladies enjoy soapy, clean fragrances very much. I will not wear Clea, but I can understand why it is still on the shelve. It’s a nice fragrance for an inexpensive price.

I can see why some don’t like this, but I really do. It’s hard to describe–a very unique scent. Kind of powdery, kind of musky, but very classic and classy. It does not smell like a hip teenager, which is probably why it reminds some of “old-lady perfume.” But it *does* smell like a sophisticated, modern woman who is very comfortable in her own skin and wouldn’t be a teenager again even if she could be. Whenever I wear this, that’s exactly how I feel.

This was awful. It smelled like something my grandmother would wear. It was overpowering and offensive. My husband took one sniff and left the room.

Clea is beautiful! It’s my favorite Yves Rocher fragrance. It’s similar to Estee by Estee Lauder.
Clea is a sparkling spicey-floral….very elegant and womanly. I receive so many compliments on it too.

This is my favourite Yves Rocher fragrance. This is so old that there is not so many using it either. It is a classic, soft and feminine flowerscent. Not too spicy and not too sweet. Just flowery.
