Allure is a collaboration polish from 2015. It’s a magenta scattered holographic polish.
The formula is great on this one. I used two coats. It dried fast and lasted well. The only disappointment for me was that I imagined Allure would look brighter on the nail. I went by swatch pictures on their website, but in real life it looks different: not as bright and slightly less purple. Having said that it is still a beautiful colour.
For those who has never heard of Picture Polish, it’s an Australian indi brand. The polishes can be bought directly from them or through various distributors around the world. Here in the UK, you can buy a bottle for £10.75 and although it’s not cheap, I can assure you these polishes are worth every penny. It is cheaper to buy it from the company directly, but you have to take postage and duty charges into account (I thought I made a decent saving only to receive a letter from DHL asking me to pay duty. In the end these polishes cost me more than the inflated UK price – lesson learnt).
