I like that it’s a twist-up eyeliner and how easily it glides on. It’s very creamy. I think it really needs to come out darker though. It also fades quite a bit.

This is a “wildcard” item in my make-up collection which is a high street drugstore brand, but I’ve lost count of how many I’ve gone through in the past 3 years! I’d started using the ColourStay pencils in Black, but switched to Navy as it looks less harsh to complement my preferred eyeshadow shades.
True to its name, the colour stays on for good once applied. Since I never re-apply my make up during the day, it can start to run slightly under my waterline after a couple of hours’ wear but I’ll just wipe it with a finger to let a more smudged look develop throughout the late afternoon/ night. For my lash line, it stays on all day.
The feature that attracted me to this product is it’s twisting-pencil packaging: no need to carry a sharpener separately (although there is a mini sharpener underneath the capped end) and foolproof application.

lovely smooth texture, easy to apply and a true matt navy colour. not too bright or dark. Lasted well without smudging.
time will tell if it becomes dry and hard to apply. So far no irritation
I like the twist up pencil design too.
would repurchase

I’m in love with this blue color! I took off a lippie because if I use this liner on my inner rims/waterline it irritates my eyes. So I use this on top of my lashes and it’s fine. It lasts all day and I recommend this navy color for anyone with green eyes, or brown eyes that can look a little green with the right makeup. I think the blue brings out the green/yellow in my eyes, which makes them look lighter than they really are. Nice effect. I’m happy with this purchase.

I really like the navy. My school colors are maize and blue, and I always wear this eyeliner during games to show my school spirit! Application could be a little smoother, and I wish there was a smudge thing at the end of it so I don’t have to use my finger. It lasts all day, and I really like the color of the blue. I’ll definitely repurchase.

I like the texture & staying power of Revlon Colorstay eyeliner pencils in general. I think this is an excellent version of navy eyeliner because the colour is a true navy that won’t be mistaken for black, but for various reasons I don’t find myself using it very often (when I do, it’s usually with dark eggplant shadows like MAC Shadowy Lady or i nuovi velvet), so I probably won’t repurchase this shade, although I would recommend it strongly to those who are fans of navy eyeliner.

I Have all the revlon colorStay eyeliners, my first was the Black one which is my HG.
the Navy 1 i use f im goin 4 a blue look, its deep dark navy blue that i sometimes like 2 use 4 a Cut Crease look.
if set with an eyeshadow on top it’ll last all day long.
I suffer from my super oily eyelids so this product is really 1 of the rare eyepencils that stay’s on me.

I initially liked this but now, not so much. It requires a lot of tugging! You shouldn’t have to tug any eyeliner pencil to get the color on! But I suppose once you actually do get it on, it is pretty. But I find it to take too much work so I gave up on it, there are many other eyeliners out there that are much easier to apply. Would not purchase again.

I got this at Walgreens during a BOGO $7.99/2. I picked up 2 colors-blackberry and navy.

This review is for the navy one. For some reason, the navy smears within hours of application. This really makes my dark circles more pronounced…boo! It is not as long lasting as the other colors.
The positive note on this liner is that the color is nice and brightens up the whites of my eyes. The application is smooth and virtually tug-free. I like the bonus sharpener attached to the base of the pencil.
I will not repurchase because of the smudges and lack of wearability.

I love this eyeliner! It’s not the darkest navy around, but it’s a beautiful true blue color. I love to pair it with MAC Deep Truth e/s and it matches beautifully.Dark enough to give great definition but not too dark to be mistaken for black.
