This shade was in one of Elizabeth Arden’s Christmas Blockbuster packs a few years back. Every time I wore the shade, I would get compliments on how pretty I looked! For reference, I am Mac NC20, Estee Lauder DW 2N1 Desert Beige, and 0100 Ivoire N in Lancome (i.e. pale, neutral-warm skin tone), dark brown eyes.
This pink has a slightly cool tone and it has a noticeable sheen. I like to wear it on the eyelids with a lighter beige as a transition color and a splash of something brown in the V to soften the look (I feel like a purple would be too glam for me).
It’s a beautiful pink, with less gold and a darker mauve color compared to Buzz from Urban Decay. Frankly, it’s the color I was hoping Urban Decay 3 would have.
Anyway, highly recommend for a beautiful feminine look.

Romance is a muted satiny pink but with a touch of nude to prevent it from being overwhelmingly pink (like Arden’s Iridescent Pink which is very bright).
I wear this as a lid color with EA’s Mystic Violet as a liner color, and the combination is really pretty. Romance is not a color I would wear by itself all over my lids as a sheer wash, I think it does work best with a dramatic eye.
I got this as a sample size in a recent order, but I don’t think I will be buying a full size. I don’t do a dramatic eye very often, and so I couldn’t see myself using this color a lot. Quality is excellent just like all other Arden eyeshadows. A pretty color but not really usable for me sadly.
