I have deep face demons. They usually erupt when my lady eggs fall and again when they self destruct. Whoever said ‘You’ll grow out of it’ lied.
I’ve used benzyl peroxide in the past, but have been looking for natural alternatives for over a year now (because that stuff is toxic, aging, dulls your skin, creates redness and totally back stabbed me and stopped preventing face demons).
Natio Acne range contains Salicylic Acid (1% when I emailed them inquiring), and a whole pile of random natural goo that makes you feel like your bathing your skin in nature. Yipee!
I don’t exaggerate when I say goo. It’s gooey and quickly foams up when you slap it on your face or rub your hands together like some evil villain plotting his revenge. Mwhaha!
I’m not very good at using adjectives for describing the ‘smell’, so I’ll just say I like the smell. It smells good. I don’t gag when I smell the product. It smells like nice.
It leaves my face feeling tight and dries the demons out. I find the Salicylic Acid makes face demon healing time quicker. It literally peels skin off and encourages growth.
I combine this wash with Natio Oil Free Acne Moisturiser. The moisturiser compliments the wash well. They’re BFFs so don’t be a party pooper and separate them.
My face is super soft with the combo. No redness. No dullness. The dream team also managed to turn my skin from oily to normal. No more blotching! \O/
I’ve dubbed this my HG face-wash although I still get face demons along my jawline. Every other face wash I’ve used hasn’t been able to prevent them, but at least this wash controls my oil and leaves my face feeling soft. Even my husband noticed my skins improvement and he’s a unobservant male.
I will add, that when I first started using this product I broke out like craaaaaazy!
Hang tight! Your skin needs to adjust to your new skincare routine. Salicylic Acid makes your existing pimples come out sooner. That’s why your a pizza face for a couple of weeks.
