So I see some people complaining about this being way too gentle and not “scrubby” enough, but that is actually why I love it. It’s soft and it doesn’t feel like it’s doing anything while I massage it onto my skin, but after doing so for about 45 seconds and rinsing it off, my skin looks so bright, radiant, and soft. I have normal skin that can get pretty dehydrated so I get really gross flakey patches – this product gets rid of that without hurting my skin. And since it’s super gentle, I use this every two days. I’ve used those super scrubby facial scrubs before and my skin just couldn’t take them. If you have dehydrated and sensitive skin like mine, I highly recommend this one!

I don’t like this product , after using this product eventhough this is a exfoliating product that supposed to make skin smoother , this product doesn’t do. I mean this product was waaay very gentle to be an exfoliating product , so it cannot do it job wells on smoothing out your skin from dead skincells. I suggest you to bought another scrub if you want to cleanse away those nasty dead skin cells . Well , I really love The Skinfood Black Sugar and The Skin food Rice wash off . Its really made my skin smoother . You should give it a try . It’s very affordable to buy , If you are not Korean , I suggest you to buy the skinfood at Changi airport ( Singapore ) its very affordable there than in my home country ( Indonesia )

I decided to try this after I found out that my usual TBS scrub (Tea Tree Blackhead Exfoliating Scrub) had been discontinued. I use just about everything else from the Vitamin E line, so I thought why not?
This is probably the most gentle scrub I’ve ever used. The beads are tiny. I love the creamy texture and how it feels very moisturizing (every drugstore scrub I’ve ever used left my face very irritated and dry). It doesn’t cause my eczema to flare up which is very important. It doesn’t lather at all, which is good for me because I don’t really like lathering facial washes. I use this about twice or three times a week, but I really believe that is gentle enough to use nightly.
I’m giving this 4 lippies, because it doesn’t get rid of the tiny blackheads I sometimes get around my nose. And when I follow up with my toner (Vitamin E Hydrating Toner), there is still some makeup and/or dirt present on the cotton ball.

I have been using The Body Shop Cream Exfoliator (in conjunction with the Vitamin E Gentle Face Wash) for the past 8 months. It is one of my favourite Body Shop items and has become a staple in my skin care regime.
The Cream Exfoliator currently retails for 19.95 here in Australia.
When I first purchased the Cream Exfoliator, the SA recommended exfoliating no more than once a week. In the last month or so I have increased my exfoliating regime to every second night, and TBH, my skin has looked the best it has been in over 12 months. I feel the Vitamin E Cream Exfoliator is gentle enough to use frequently (my skin is sensitive to dry) as the microbeads are small. To help with the exfoliating process I also use The Body Shop Facial Buffer for my problem areas.
The Cream Exfoliator leaves my skin feeling smooth and soft. The way I would describe this products is a thick moisturiser with small microbeads.

Great product lovely light baby product type light fresh smell, very gentle on my super sensitive skin – this formula is cream based and may not be suitable for oily skin types as it is a moisturising, beautifully softening formula. I always look forward to my two week facial as I love the smell and the way my skin feels after using this product, always receive compliments on how my skin looks too after using this.
The only downside is that it works fine on my face but causes me to breakout slightly around chin sometimes- so it may not be great for combination skin either- but no complaints ued the product for ages and works wonders – very gentle. Tiny micro beads do not damage the skin – used after steaming face always to avoid skin damage.

ok with the packaging and i never had problem with scents. the problem was that the beads were to small and to little. it doesnt seem like its exfoliating anything. pleased if it is used as a cream, not exfoliator

I recommend using this once or twice a week to moisturize and exfoliate your skin at the same time. I have no complaints. I suggest wearing it like a mask for 5-10 minutes and then massage your face before rinsing off.

This is my favourite scrub out of everything I’ve tried. The beads are extremely tiny and along with the Vitamin E cream provide for a very gentle exfoliation that is not abrasive or damaging to the skin. I dislike most scrubs with big beads since they tend to be far too harsh. This was perfect for me. My skin looked instantly brighter and softer. The price is reasonable (though a little pricey) for a great scrub.

A very good scrub. I like the modest smell and how soft and creamy it makes my skin after I use it. I don’t like too abrasive scrubs so this one is very good. Not perfect maybe but definitely worth of buying again!

So I knew I wanted a scrub from The Body Shop because I know how important exfoliating is, and I actually really like that their products are cruelty free. I’m sorry but this stuff isn’t a scrub at all…the exfoliating beats are super tiny and they don’t exfoliate at all. The textrue of the cream is very very sticky ans hard to get off. My skin doesn’t feel clean and fresh after I used it, it feels like I didn’t clean it for a few days. Will definitly not purchase this again and I am more than happy when this stuff is gone, that I can go back to my St. Ives apricot scrub.
