This mask did not work for me. I wanted to use it, primarily, after peels or microdemabrasion to soothe my skin and replenish lost moisture. I found it very tingly and quite irritating and not very moisturizing.

This dried my hair out and I didn’t really notice much of an improvement on my body. It’s messy, pricey for the quality and doesn’t smell good. Big disappointment as I love nearly all LATHER products I’ve tried. Wanted to like it, but just can’t. UPDATE: I still cannot use this on my hair, same results I already mentioned, however, it has softened my skin, specifically my thighs and upper arms. Due to the price and that I can’t use it as an all over mask I will use only once a week, but have decided to repurchase. Upped this to 2 lippies, won’t give it 3 due to the messiness factor.

interesting…I’m glad I didn’t read these comments before purchasing this item. This mask left my skin glowing and felt so soft and moisturized. I used it in tandem with the honey mousturizing mask and really felt great. I agree that the mask is a little messy.

I don’t know what the purpose is. It is messy and I didn’t see any visible results. Try Lather’s other products instead which are fantastic.

This is one Lather product that I just do not get. It can be used anywhere on the body, and supposedly the sea kelp and ginseng extracts will detoxify the body while restoring lost moisture. It looks and feels like goopy drugstore aloe vera gel, and I didn’t notice any significant detoxifying, which I most certainly could use. My face did feel softer though, but I could get that effect from any old goopy drugstore aloe vera gel. Also, the sea algae oil is touted for its “natural anti-aging properties and antioxidant agents,” which I doubt will do one much good when left on the skin for thirty minutes once per week. Save your money. There are much better products in Lather’s collection.
