I’m looking for some new skin care products and a friend convinced me to try the Arbonne stuff. My current eye cream (Mary Kay–which I was only using because my mom gave it to me and I figured it was better than nothing) is a bit too thick and greasy, I can only use it at night, never under my make-up. It also seeps into my eyes and burns.
The good: Arbonne RE9 eye cream is lighter, but still leaves a tiny bit of greasiness. It didn’t seep into my eyes or cause any irritation whatsoever.
The bad: I didn’t love the pump bottle, kind of hard to control the amount that comes out. More than once I got too much, and that’s just a waste of product. A very expensive product!
Most important, I didn’t notice any difference. The skin around my eyes was not any smoother or softer, no change in fine lines or dark circles, nothing.
Side notes: the product is labeled “gluten free” — lame marketing hype will always turn me off a product. Gluten protein is too large to be absorbed by the skin. If someone truly has a gluten intolerance, they should be aware of gluten in lip products. For the rest of the world, gluten is fine and can’t be absorbed through the skin anyway.
I also try to avoid MLM lines, it’s just not an honest business model. I prefer drugstore items that I can return no-questions-asked, or they’re cheap enough to toss out if I don’t like them.

I like that it comes in a pump container . You need less than a pump for both eyes. It moisturizes and is great for fine lines / wrinkles . I dont have puffiness or dark circles so I can’t comment if this eye cream really helps with that. It’s very expensive. If you didn’t sign up for abonne, it will run you 73.00 canadian plus tax and 12.00 shipping if you live in Canada. That’s a lot of money. I have the consultant discount so it’s not too bad. I like this cream and it lasts .The company should consider getting rid of their MLM structure and opening stores instead.

This product really did nothing for me, It wasn’t horrible. It did hydrate and it didn’t cause problems or irritation, and I do have problems with finding eye products that don’t irritate my skin but I would say thats the only positive, I see no difference or real change after using this product. And in my opinion their are other options that are cheaper that will do the same thing for you if your just looking for hydration. the pump is also a bit frustrating as it does tend to spit out a dried little bit each time you use it, so you get a bit of wasted product.

I’ve tried so many eye creams, it’s ridiculous. I went to a friend’s Arbonne business launch a few weeks ago and she lent me her gold bag 😛 I’m sure many of you know what I’m talking about. Well anyway, I have to admit that I really enjoyed the overall product, but especially the eye cream. I was so sceptical about the whole thing and this entire brand as a whole, but I’m glad I gave it a try. I made my first purchase order a week later and I am obsesssssssed with the eye cream. There’s a reason this specific product has such great reviews all over the internet.
I’ve heard that some people have gotten a bad reaction from the RE9 line, but it could have a lot to do with the chemistry between the their own skin and the product itself. Sometime you have to ease yourself into a new product. I’d definitely give this one another chance [unless you are literally allergic to one of the ingredients].

My friend, who is an Arbonne sales rep, convinced me to try the RE9 line because “skin cell turnover dramatically slows after age 18, and so even though we’re still in our 20s, we should use anti-aging products to prevent aging.” How much truth there is to this, I am not sure. However, I do have to say this is my favorite eye cream out of all the ones I have tried, and I’ve tried a few. It does seem to actually do what it claims and diminishes fine lines while hydrating the eye area. According to the Arbonne Website, the RE9 line “reverses aging.” I gave this product a 4 for price because although it is expensive at $55, I have seen some spa-quality eye creams that cost twice the cost of this. I gave this 2 lippies for packaging because the pump drives me nuts. There ends up being a dry “plug” of eye cream each time I use the pump, which is basically wasted product (an expensive waste, at that), unless I were to use a full pump each time, which I don’t, as that would be extremely wasteful. You only need a tiny squirt and that is good enough for both eyes. My friend was having a sale when I bought this, and I would probably buy it again (provided she has another sale), even though I dislike the pump aspect of the product. It would be much better if it came in a jar or a tube (the old-fashioned way). For those who mention a burning sensation, all the RE9 products have citrus/Vitamin C in them, so perhaps if you have sensitive skin, you may want to try a different product. I did not experience any irritation or burning sensations myself when I tried this.

Similarly to my experience with the day cream, I had the same burning sensation as other reviewers. Fortunately I had only used it once but the damage was already done and I had to forego eye makeup for a week. Not a good look on me!

I received a sample of this eye cream and while its a nice enough moisturising cream and doesn’t sting my eyes at all, it doesn’t seem to do a lot else in terms of making my eyes appear younger and less tired looking. I’ll use the rest of the sample but I won’t repurchase it when its finished as there are other products for the same or lower price which I feel do a lot more for my eyes.

I received a sample of this eye cream and I was skeptical to use it at first. I’ve tried it though and I’m impressed with the results. When applied, it burns a bit but after it seems as if my skin gets tighter and lighter under the eye area. I would love to continue using it but it’s just SUPER expensive…

Not great but not bad. I tried a free sample of this (along with all of the RE9 line circa 2013) and it was fine – good but not great – and as with all Arbonne products – way, way overpriced. Skinceuticals (also pricey) is better and Beauticontrol is bteer and CHEAPER. So, no, I would not purchase this.

This is the only eye cream that doesn’t irritate my eyes. I wanted something to prevent deep lines around my eyes as I get older. This definitely does the job!
