This is for the relaunched Inoa, second generation as it were.
Switching from majirel, I find my hair shinier, softer, with scintillating thread-fine highlights, multitonal indeed. What’s not to love, one does need to use more than with other types of tint whilst not being aware one is using more, I needed one tube instead of half.
It does lift, mine at least, far more than I expected and the colour has taken very well. I think it certainly looks more natural as the colour isn’t opaque and the colour I ha e reminds me of my teenage hair. Am very pleased.
I bought but didn’t use the inoa post shampoo, didn’t use when I read it contained ingedients i’d rather not use but used another proprietary brand of colour saving shampoo.
I would recommend to any interested to give it a try. I think it is the opacity of conventional tint colours that makes it often look heavy, unnatural or in darker shades, ageing for the over 30’s. So this should be a great aid for many who want to look naturally lovely. I’ve read peolple complain of lack of coverage, mine has very good coverage and it’s lighter, sparkling, real looking, not the heavy front door paint some seem to have become used to and so think it’s the standard to be attained. My experience is that opacity they seek is actually too much for human skin and without this line, I would probably never have realised either and gone around looking like I had front door painted hair.
I also used inoa supreme on my fringe where it is, I like to think, prematurely white and had equally lively, light-shimmering, natural looking results.
Update:
My hair has been falling out from the roots shortly after I used Inoa, huge amounts of hair daily. Not breaking off but falling out of the scalp. I found it easy to use and followed instructions exactly. My scalp is itchy and irritated. I’ve had to cut my waist length hair off, have to wear what’s left tied up as it bestrews every surface of my home as it falls out. I deeply regret trying Inoa, it’s ironic that I tried it for the sake of hair that has now either been swept up off a floor or washed down a drain during shampooing. Needless to say, I won’t be using it or any other oil based similarly formulated tints, at least the older formulations left one with hair, beautiful hair at that. Sigh. After reading up on the net, have found other women, middle aged women, vile term, women in their prime, have had similar results, girls it seems can use it, women beware.

I have been using box dye for some years and trying several colors, usually numbers 7 or 8 (my natural color is probably a 5). I decided to try out a 10 and, of course, it didn´t cover gray hair.. So my hair was not looking so good (a mix of colors). I was advised to try Inoa and so I did. Number 8 has covered all gray and white hair and evened out the color. the final result was very close to the chart sample and looks very natural. I am very pleased and will repeat. The Inoa colors are mostly warm, so this might not be for you if you want a cool tone. Also the box says this will lighten your natural hair 3 shades (which it did in my case) without bleaching .

Having had my hair coloured for many years I was seduced onto the No Ammonia band wagon by the colour technician a very reputable salon in Mayfair in London.
In all my years of having my hair coloured I cannot begin to tell you what a disaster this product has done to my glorious hair.
Terrible coverage of white hair , appalling colour retention and I use no sulphate’s shampoo and conditioner.
The condition of my hair has seriously retreated to straw and I have had terrible breakage, needing me to have a drastic hair cut.
L’oreal have already reformulated this product and it is still not right for the professional’s to utilize yet.
Me thinks its a lovely idea however it does not perform and is not fit for purpose.
don’t believe the hype !!!!! you have been warned

I’ve recently tried INOA on my hair, because I wanted to darken the orangish hue my hair had, and also because I heard very good reviews, so I chose 6.23 shade that says it’s dark blonde, instead of 7.31 from Orofluido, but after 35 minutes, the color was way too dark in comparison from the sample!! I know for sure that the tone will be lighter in the next few weeks, cause I wash my hair everyday. And I couldn’t help but notice that even INOA has no ammonia and says that is more gentle and respectful with hair strands, left my hair with a opaque appearance and I feel it more dry.

Ok, So for years i’ve had a mix of bleached highlights and lowlights put in my hair which i love the colour, but after a few years and obviously having just highlight my roots were constantly there. I decided i wanted to go all over blonde just to mix it up a bit.
I told my hairdresser i don’t like warm tones at all, i prefer the creamy/ashy/white shades of blonde. However i cant stand the itch or burning sensation on my head of all other dyes, cos i’m totally paranoid ill burst out in an allergic reaction.
My hairdresser suggested the inoa range as its amonia free and wont burn or itch.
My natural hair colour is a level 6, and chose the lightest blonde inoa colour which was lightest ash blonde, or along those lines (it was defo the lightest ash colour possible), she used the strongest developer advised.
Well , there was no overpowering smell of amonia while it was on my head, but it did still burn and itch my head while it was on.
The colour came out wayyyy to warm, actually i would say my hair at the roots has’more of an orange glow to it as the rest of my ends are more ashy.
I love how it didn’t burn and itch as much, although it still did, i love how it didn’t stink and i love how conditioned , shiny and soft my hair is, but i am not rating or rocking the colour at all.
I have currently ordered some L’oreal professional silver shampoo to see if this will help with the warm tones, which i hope, otherwise it looks like back to foils or a dark colour 🙁
I will update once ive tried the silver shampoo
Update*** – so i did stick with it for another try, and if im honest i wont be using it again. Far too warm and left a noticable band on my roots. Yes my hair was nourished, but colour was way off and fades into a even more brassy colour quicker than any other ive used. Needless to say ive reverted back to good old highlights and lowlights to hide the brassiness. For darker colours this may work perfect- but if your looking for a coold blonde- forget it , you will never achirve it unless your base colour is a natural 9 or 10, and even then id be doubtful it would add more warmth in. For the price of this- i could have got the same tacky shade from a £5 box at the supermarket
