I paired this cleanser with my Clarisonic evening routine, and it worked wonders! While I have dry skin, it was surprisingly gentle. I dread the feeling of “squeaky clean” skin. There is not a concern with this cleanser. After washing, I used my favorite serum, followed by a few other steps in my regime. I woke with glowing skin.
For me, this is not a product for everyday. I think it will make a permanent spot in my weekly deep cleanse.

I liked this cleanser. I typically use cetaphyl for oily skin, and this seems to be pretty much the same thing. cleanses well without overly drying out my skin. I’d probably buy it on a discount, but I don’t see enough of a difference to quantify paying more than what I pay for the cetaphil.

What can I say? I was pressured into buying this. I am sorry I did. I’ve been using this cleanser with my clarisonic for over a month. I have to list what I don’t like. I don’t like the smell. It is too drying and harsh. It’s gone into my eyes once or twice and it BURNS a LOT. I feel that my acne has gotten worse because of it. And I have dry patches around my nose and lips. Ugh. Will never repurchase dr. Brandt products. They are too harsh and not a good value for the amount of money!!

this is the best pore cleanser on the market. Big time. Skin is clean, bright, healthly. Be careful not to let the product go in your eyes cause they will burn. Great buy.

I have oily/combination, and acne prone skin, and this cleanser worked alright during the summer, but over-dried my skin during the fall and winter. Even though I noticed that it helped my acne and pores a little bit, it just stripped my face of it’s natural oils and was too drying. I used up the bottle, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

I did absolutely nothing for my skin and for the price, it is a rip-off. Still breaking out and done with the Dr. Brant system.

For the price i was really dissapointed bc the pump stopped working when i had alot of product still left and the primer dries and starts to show after applying foundation …sketchy primer … Waste of money -.-

As you can imagine this product does nothing to shrink pores as most cleansers that claim this does not, however I did find it a pretty decent cleanser for removing dirt & grime. Does this particular cleanser do anything other than clean, of course not… so for the price & the fact that it stings the bejeeezus out of the eyes make it not really worth the repurchase. I can find a cleanser that removes grime in a larger amount for way less expensive that I can use on my eye makeup without the nasty sting. I must note though, it did not break me out nor cause any skin issues so that was a huge plus!

One of the unfair things about aging skin is that your pores can become larger at the same time your skin can get drier and wrinkly! I bought this product as a set (pore refiner, cleanser, and mattifying cream) on the advice of a Sephora SA. After three days, I have noticed some results in terms of minimizing my pores (although perhaps there are much better, cheaper products out there). I really like the smell, although I wonder if these products are just glorified, more expensive versions of Noxema, because that’s exactly what they all smell like.
