I think of this as a foundation rather than a BB cream. It provides medium-high coverage and really stays on even without a primer. It doesn’t break me out and doesn’t sink into my pores. The price is also super reasonable – think it was less than SG$30 or somewhere around that region. I’ve been using this for months now and I still love it! Usually, cheap products (I say cheap because the only other foundation that has been suitable for my skin is by KATE’s parent brand Kanebo and costs a whopping $88). Oddly it also has the effect of keeping my face a little more matte throughout the day.
Now there are definitely some differences if you compare this with the high end Kanebo foundations like Impress and Lunasol. Those really do everything – give you that sheer natural radiant look while providing just enough coverage. This one does that, but with 70% efficacy and 30% more coverage.
I’d say it’s good for those who found the Impress and Lunasol foundations too sheer or too expensive for their liking. It’s a really great product for the price and well worth a try! I for one will definitely repurchase!
