Forget Me Not is from Picture Polish 2014. It was made in collaboration with Kate aka Laquertude. It’s a blue polish with silver scattered holo.
I found the formula to be a little thin – I needed 3 coats for full opacity, which was a surprise, as I am a big fan of PP and most of the polishes I own are perfect in 2 coats. This polish wears well and unlike glitter polishes, it takes seconds to remove it. I would recommend avoiding Seche Vite top coat on this polish, as it shrunk mine badly (despite me wrapping the tips). I felt mean selected ‘would not repurchase’ for this polish, but it wasn’t quite what I expected. I’ve read in some blogs that this polish looks bright in direct light, almost neon. On me it looked paler, I couldn’t get the brightness in any light. Don’t get me wrong, this polish is very pretty and I don’t regret buying it, but I wouldn’t repurchase. There is a similar, if slightly darker polish, called Freya’s Cat, which I would get when I use this one up.
For those who has never heard of Picture Polish, it’s an Australian indi brand. The polishes can be bought directly from them or through various distributors around the world. Here in the UK, you can buy a bottle for £9.99 and although it’s not cheap, I can assure you these polishes are worth every penny. It is cheaper to buy it from the company directly, but you have to take shipping fee into account.
