Whoa! Completely unwearable for me. Looks like I painted my lips with a bright neon coral marker. The shade is somewhere between red, pink and orange. For reference, my skintone is NC30ish, latin, dark hair and dark eyes. I’m sure it will look stunning on the right person. On me, however, is just plain clownish.

This is a great red, and a great formula! I have JLo’s Nude from the last collection and it’s a nub. However, I would probably not buy this again because I can get a better formula for only a few bucks more with a prestige brand – it was ten bucks at walgreens! – but I LOVE this color.
It’s a weird red- sometimes it pulls pink, sometimes it pulls coral, but it’s bright, longwearing, and a silky formula. It feels great on the lips, and you get pretty good coverage the first pass.
The package is cute – I could do without the gimmicky signature, but I do love Julianne Moore! Its got a rubberized finish like the Nars bullets, which love to pick up every stray piece of dirt and tobacco in my purse (I’m gross). But for a drugstore lipstick the finish and the package are nice. It’s a satin matte finish despite the fact that the brand says it’s matte. It does smell kind of floral, like Estee Lauder lipsticks, which I don’t love. Tastes like nothing. Which is rare for a drugstore product.
Also – this is a pretty close dupe for Revlon Fire and Ice. In a matte finish, so if you love that shade, then you should totally try this one or stay away from it if you already own Fire and Ice.
Love the unique neon red color, love the formula, the package could use some work, and I don’t like the smell. Because of the crappy packaging that fell apart and the smell, I think I’ll try to find a similar shade but by Mac or Nars or something so at least I can get more bang for my buck.
Oh, and the gold seal between the lid and the body of the bullet fell off after two uses. 🙁

I’m generally the type of girl that, while owning like a thousand lipsticks, only a few in the bunch are red. I guess I just think one good deep red, true red, and orange red are enough.
Yet this lipstick is so different and pretty…and it was FIVE DOLLARS at BB&B. Clearly I had to get it. It’s a little tough to describe the shade. (You can google swatches though, the ones I’ve seen are mostly accurate.) It’s a true bright red with a hint of coral and pink. Very retro and brightening.
The formula is insane for drugstore. Very creamy, opaque, nondrying, longlasting. Looks utterly fabulous on the lips. Love the pointy L’Oreal bullet, it allows such precise application. The only issue is that it can transfer a bit, which doesn’t affect the wear and look of it (there is an underlying layer to most Colour Riche lippies that adhere to your lips as a nice, nearly full-pigment stain) but since it’s such a bright shade it gets all messy on cups and boys. They’ll just have to deal with it.
